This is a terrible contractor to work with. They've been repairing our Hurricane Laura damaged house since November and still have not finished. Not one single aspect of our house has been completed, not one! Judson will tell us he'll have workers out to do a job ""next week"" and we wait weeks without anyone showing up. When they do, work is always left incomplete and poorly done. They reroofed our house in November and we still have no roof vent caps. Our windows have been installed for months with no trim on the outside to prevent rain from entering our walls. Sheetrock was installed over several receptacles and at least 6 light fixtures. We furnished them a list of what needs done and it's been weeks since we heard from them. They refuse to furnish us with material and labor costs even though we've requested it several times. There are many other problems I could list. I've dealt with contractors before but have never been treated as badly as TRC. Judson loves to brag about being in the business for 23 years, but I sure can't see any evidence of construction experience. One company Judson subcontracted told me he is having to sue TRC for payment and is placing a lien on our property!

Just had a big rain last night. Another big leak in the ""new"" roof Terrell Roofing put in. Leaked all over my white couch. I know better than to expect Terrell Roofing to live up to their warranty. When I called them about the previous leak around the vent pipe the owner screamed at me like a mad man, threatened to sue ME, the continued to send me a series of nasty, crazy, unhinged, threatening texts. So now I will pay someone else to fix their shoddy work again. I guess I can expect leaks every time it rains until I eventually find them all and have someone else fix them.

Very poor communication with this business. I was also duped by their charm. It was always so difficult to get a hold of them, only to hear empty promises of them getting back to me. Initially, I was quite happy and even got a friend to use them. How embarrassing when even she had problems with them!!

STEER FAR AWAY!!!!!! After being pitched into a new roof that my insurance covered, I not only experienced many leaks that Terrell Roofing & Construction failed to address, but also received a warning that a LIEN, yes, a LIEN would be placed on my property because Terrell Roofing and Construction had not paid the crews he sub-contracted for the work done. BE WARNED!!!! There is currently a LIEN on my property due to this business' shady actions.
