I reached out to Kevin Jr for an estimate of my old comp shingle roof. He was able to use satellite imagery to get me a very quick and accurate estimate, without even having to get up on the roof! Kevin Jr offered me a competitive price and he walked me through the process over the phone. I had gotten estimates from 5 different companies and his was the lowest. It's great that they're a family owned business, so there's less overhead costs. His crew works with both GAF and Owens Corning shingles so there were many color options. At the time, there was a supply chain issue, so we had to delay my project for a couple months, but we still managed to start and finish before the rainy season. Kevin and his crew spent 1 day tearing down, and 4 days to install all new plywood decking, shingles, vents, and rolled asphalt over the patio cover. He even patiently waited for me to get home from work every night to go over what work was done that day and what was planned the next day. This winter, I have not noticed any problems and the roof looks great. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the future.

I give my highest recommendation to this family business. We hired them for tile reset and new underlayment. Kevin Jr (the son) gave us a reasonable quote for the requested jobs, along with unit price for any unforeseen additional work (wood placement etc.). Later when we needed to replace some damaged wood, there was no surprise charges. Their work is also top-notch and detailed. Our roof now looks much better and has no more leaks. The workers were courteous and worked very hard. Communications were easy. I wish they do other work besides roofing so we can hire them for other things. :-)

Kevin Jr and his roofing team were professional, fast, reliable and honest. We recently moved into our new home, and as the rainy season rolled in so did the leaks in our roof. Extremely competent and honest family owned roofing business. As we all know or will come to know, not everyone is willing to be genuine and transparent regarding costs of repairs.

Kevin Jr and his team replied immediately, came and did a consult and showed me pictures of what needed to be done and quoted me a fair price. I did obtain other quotes, however, I chose Kevin and his team because of how quickly they responded and the attention to detail of how they would repair my tiles and flashing. Who wants to deal with a leaking roof more than once anyways?

So glad I came across this company and will be referring them to my friends and family in OC/LA.

During the final inspection our inspector indicated the roof needs to be replaced in 2-3 yrs time. The following day it rained and multiple roof leaks was found. So we negotiated a new roof with the seller but they only agreed to a certain amount. We immediately searched here in yelp the best rated companies.

Great family company! Kevin Sr. And Kevin Jr. came out for an estimate and were very detailed on what needed to be fixed. Pricing was right in my budget and I gave them the green light to start whenever. I told them I wanted to change some fascia and he said it was no problem. When they replaced it, it was already painted white so that saved me some time of calling a painter. They brought a big crew to finish the job in 2 days. Super fast and friendly.
