We had a small roof leak from the skylight. Nothing major, but I wanted to get it checked out before the problem becomes larger. After searching my community page, Yelp and Google, I came across Terrazas Roofing. Best reviews by far, and I can see why. Irving responded to my inquiry about the leak. He was very nice and professional and offered to come check out the leak the next morning. He was very thorough with his inspection and recommended an easy remedy and put our worries at rest. Many thanks to Irving for taking the time to explain everything and being compassionate about the worries that come with the costs of roof repair. Would recommend to anybody.

Make sure to take advantage of special discount codes available on yelp for purchase because this company rocks! Responsive and reliable. Couldn't even get other companies to provide a written quote. Communicating with the team is a breeze. No further water damage and a warranty to back it. My PM was Irving and my sales rep was Tomas. Peace of mind doesn't have a price!

We noticed a ceiling leak on Monday, following extreme rain. Same day, Tomas arrived to our home to conduct a wonderfully thorough inspection (via drone) and clearly and carefully explained precisely what the video footage discovered. Tomas prepared a similarly crisp and candid electronic estimate, which, in my opinion, was fair and ultimately reflective of the high quality work that he and his team completed -- the very next day.

Irving was very Knowledgeable and responsive. He knew right away what needs to be repaired and provided quote in reasonable range.
The repair crew - Oscar, Daniel and Salvador - They are Pros and mean business. They showed up on time in company uniform and seemed to be well equipped and experienced. They work efficiently and accurately. I had storm pouring down a few days after the repair and don't see any leak at all.
