I reached out to a few roof companies regarding a crack on the outside of my chimney on the roof. Micheal from Terrazas Roofing reached out to me and left a very detailed message about how I could fix my issue and was very upfront of what he could offer. He was also available over the phone when I called and answered all of my questions. The roof itself was fine and didn't need a repair. So he recommended a chimney repair company instead and even gave me two companies he knew that could help. Very appreciative of him going above and beyond. I had other roof companies just turn me down and didn't even consider giving me a referral. I will definitely consider Michael and Terrazas Roofing in the future!

The scheduler from Terrazas was quick and responsive and they provided appointments immediately. Tomas from Terrazas Roofing called ahead of time to provide his ETA (exactly as scheduled), stopped by and he was great. We toured the inside of the house to see where the leak was. We went outside and he gave me his suspicions, to be confirmed by the drone. He then set up the drone, took videos and photos, explained to me what he was looking for and seeing. He then took out his board of sample shingles and explained what he saw and how that was impacting my roof and potential remedies. He finally invited me to climb to the roof so I can see for myself the issue. Tomas was extremely efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and didn't provide typical BS. Already asking Tomas to schedule an appointment for a rental property having a leak as well. Recommend Terrazas (and Tomas in particular) to anyone.

Mike, Irving and the roofing crew at Terrazas Roofing are amazing! I chose this company based on the reviews I read as well as the sincerity of the person who gave me the quote. Price was fair; was one of the lowest of the 6 quotes I received. Mike took his time in explaining the whole process and was easy to work with when I had questions before the installation. Others who came out with quotes had varying prices, tried to upsell me on things I knew I did not need then called every day asking how they could get me to sign with them. Mike made the sales process feel comfortable; no high pressure sales tactics. Once the installation started, Irving gave me progress updates in real time via text or phone call daily. The roofing crew was very respectful of my family and home. At the end of each day, they made sure the ground was clear of any debris (eg. nails, pieces of wood, etc.).

When I signed the contract, I was given a window of 2-6 weeks; they were able to start our house 3 weeks after signing. It took 5 days to complete a 2700 sq. ft roof, including 1 day to remove the old shingles and 1 day for city inspection and delivery of materials. They accept several forms of payment and it was due a week after the roof was completed and passed final inspection from the city. Definitely pleased with the work done.

Mike Hoddick from Terrazas came to our place for an initial inspection and I was blown away by the amount of good information he was throwing at us about our roof. He gave us an understanding of not just what we have to fix, but what makes a good roof in general, and even gave us tips about what to look out for to keep our whole home in good condition. You can just tell when somebody knows their stuff and authentically cares about you and your home - can't recommend Mike and Terrazas enough!
