My experience with this company has been great from the first reply i received via thumbtack app.
Mike the sales representative was knowledgeable and very upfront with what needed to be done vs what could be done. Utilizing a drone was definitely current with the times and seeing the pics vs the estimate made me way more comfortable with pricing. Roofers did a great job showed me before and after of the repairs done, they were also very friendly. I had 5 other roofing companies come out or estimates, a few wanted cash up front and gave astronomical estimates, needless to say when I choose to replace my roof I will be using Terrazas Roofing.

Irv, the manager, did a great job getting a crew out to my house for an inspection of a trouble-spot. Oscar, repair lead, then went the extra mile to find the root cause of the problem so he could come back the next week and do the repairs the right way the first time. It took a bit longer than estimated, it took a bit more material than estimated and yet the final invoice matched the estimate to the penny.

Great guys who understand a promised start time and keep you apprised of changes and get that promised pricing and schedule are promises to be kept.

As a retired project manager, this fed my need to know and understand, I bet it will yours as an anxious customer.

We found that our roof was leaking in multiple places in the first rain after purchasing our new home. We called several vendors and finally chose Terrazas Roofing for a new roof installation because their price is good, and they responded quickly. It turns out to be one of the best decisions we've made. Mike, Irving, Oscar and a couple of workers from the crew I didn't get their name were so professional. Not only they did a great job installing a beautiful new roof for our house but also they came back and fixed a problem with the kitchen vent. They answered our questions, explained with details, and show us pictures throughout the entire process. The crew even repaired the broken or stained tiles from the new stucco when they came back and they cleaned the roof and debris around the house before leaving. Without hesitation, I would recommend Terrazas to anyone and I will certainly use them again in the future if I need roofing work done.

Over the holidays we discovered a leak in our roof. After having another local roofing company place a tarp over the impacted area, we began a search for a roofer to replace our entire roof.

The team at Terrazas was excellent from top to bottom. First off, they honored their prices for materials that they provided in January. Due to a painfully slow permit approval process in our town, they were not able to start until May. While this was annoying the team at Terrazas frequently came by to repair the tarp while we waited for the green light from the city.

When work began, the team was lightning fast. The entire roof was completed in under three days of work. Moreover, the previous owner of our home had used a satellite dish, and Terrazas was kind enough to remove the old dish and cables from our roof.

From start to finish, Terrazas were exceedingly kind and professional. I highly recommend their services for the all the South Bay cities.

Terrazas was a pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end. The inspector, Mike, provided a thorough explanation as to where and how the roof was leaking. He also recommended some options that would be good for the roof in the long run without being pushy or applying pressure. The office staff was also very pleasant and responsive - shout out to Lani! Extra thanks goes out to Irving, the project manager. I couldn't be present for repairs so he kept me in the loop through various phone calls and texts. Irving and the workers found numerous cracked tiles (probably from fumigating the home) when they started the project. Irving provided me with an approximate number of tiles over the phone and didn't charge extra for the number of tiles and other items beyond what he told me over the phone. He also provided several options and their pros and cons for a separate issue on the roof that I wanted to be addressed. I have great confidence in the quality of the repairs and strongly recommend Terrazas for any roofing issues!

Mike and Irving at Terrazas were exceptional. It was raining pretty hard this past week and we discovered that a home we recently put in the market had some leaks that need to be repaired. It was scheduled for a home inspection the day after Christmas, and I thought it was impossible to find a roofer especially as it was raining hard and it was right in the middle of a holiday. They came right away to inspect it, explained everything that needed to be done thoroughly and worked on the repairs on Christmas day. It has been raining non-stop and the roof repairs really helped a lot. They were truly lifesavers. Will definitely recommend them to anybody in need of roof repairs or replacements.

Great value and communication. Mike and Irving came out to check a roof leak that my painter had noticed. Instead of a hard sell, they were honest and told me that with a minor repair my roof should be good for another ten years. I had terrazzo roofing put on a new roof 2 years ago and from start to finish they were fast, reliable, clean and professional, but what spurred me to write a review was their response when I mistakenly thought I had a leak. They were very surprised that There was a leak but were super friendly and anxious to help. Not only dd they come out to see leak within 24 hours but once it was clear it had nothing to do with the roof (a leak in wall face board) they went to the effort to try and find a handyman for me. I'm the end all handymen were busy so they came and patched the spot themselves just to help me avoid further damage. A roof lasts a long time, really all that matters is if something goes wrong the company you chose is responsive and this company more than filled this obligation! Great people, great work, great customer service!
