Wanted to post a HIGH recommendation for Temecula Roofing! They answer the phone, actually show up for appointments, work with the owners and give options, have a very courteous and professional team, and do a GREAT job - going out of their way for the home owner! Did I mention they keep you notified of time schedules, and do what they say?

I requested a roofing quote from Rob and found that he is honest and fair with his quote. He took the time to explain every little details about my roof job and I truly appreciate his honesty. I haven't decided whether or not to do the job now or wait since it is a big investment. However, if you are considering replacing your roof or do any kind of roof repairs, I recommend that you at least call Rob first.

They may do great work but I was less than impressed with their quote process. I would think that, for a leaky roof, determining where the leak is would require going up on the roof, or at a least getting in the attic. The guy that came to my house did neither. Just took a picture from the outside. Imagine taking your car in because you hear a sound under the hood and having the tech tell you that he's just going to replace everything in that general vicinity.

I consulted another company who actually got on the roof & found problems in different areas of the roof (not surprising given the shoddy workmanship of the builder) - not just the area called out by TRC. I'm sure TRC would have called out the other problem areas once they got up there but I'd bet my paycheck that the repair costs would have been tacked onto the original quote. Had they done a proper job quoting they wouldn't have overestimated the job thereby losing the work altogether.

I can't even begin to tell you how amazing this company is! Had a roof leak when we had all the rains in January and our roof was so messed up! Will came out himself and gave us an amazing affordable quote! They were on it right away and fixed within 2 days! They were professional, prompt, and have not had a problem with my roof since. I will use them for all future endeavors. HIGHLY recommended! Top notch service!

Temecula Roofing was superb. I needed a leak fixed in my roof prior to selling my house. They showed up on time for my appointment to get an estimate. Very efficient and professional. Even had photos of the problem areas so I could see firsthand. I got a thorough estimate with a clear price point and financing explained. The big win for me was no pressure to make a decision on the spot. I called back 24 hours later, they scheduled the work day and provided all repairs as promised. And not a penny over the estimate. Their office staff is top notch too. They even text. Win, win, win.

Requested a quote for a small job, with details of what was needed, through Yelp. Got a telephone response in less than 5 minutes requesting my address and to set up a date/time for an estimate. Again, I told them exactly what I needed and the appointment was set on Monday for Friday between 1 and 3. So far so good and the person I talked to was nice and courteous.
Friday at 12:30 rolls around and I get a call from Mike stating that he needs to let me know about the minimum (nothing mentioned any time prior to this) for a job. Tells me that they will only do the job I need if I'd like to pay them $1200 for a general roof inspection first. This wouldn't have been so bad if it had been stated on Monday on the initial callback from them since they already had the details of what I needed. As it is, I've wasted a day rearranging things to be available for this appointment only to get this call 30 minutes prior to when they were supposed to be here.
I didn't give one star for this only because I don't know myself the quality of the work they do. I gave the two star rating for the poor communication and customer service and the fact that this last call came across, to me, as a scam to get me to spend more money with them.
Needless to say, I won't be using this company now or for any future needs.

Working in Property Management this time of year is terrifying. A raindrop falls and suddenly we are inundated with calls regarding roof leaks. The hot, dry California climate means many homeowners don't know about roof leaks until a big rainstorm hits and they are scrambling for buckets.

A resident of one of our communities called me in distress saying that their roof was leaking, Christmas was days away, they were getting married and taking their honeymoon all over Christmas break. Our best roofing contractor was booked out 3 weeks. Having my heartstrings tugged a little, I began searching Yelp for help. Who knew we would find such an outstanding roofer right in our own backyard? Lynn, the Office Manager, was outstanding! Very helpful and responsive. She sent the owner, Will, right out to take a look at the leak the next day! Wow!!!

They got back to me, right away, with a quote and the leak was fixed promptly after we responded. Definitely making them one of our preferred contractors with this level of service. Turnaround is key in this industry and they excelled!
