Took all my contact info and address, and set a time. I waited and waited and he never showed up. If someone can't even keep an appointment or communicate they won't be able to make it, how can you rely on them to do the job??

Tello's roofing is the best!
They really stand by their word. We have a business in Kensington with a flat roof that had developed several leaks. Tellos came out to fix it a year ago and we got through last winter beautifully. With the last tropical storm we had we ended up with a leak and Mauro came out to repair it ASAP! So great to know a company that will stand behind their work. We will definitely be using them in the future : )

We developed a leak in our roof and we called Tello's Roofing. The owner, Mauro, came out right away and inspected our roof, inside and out. He was very nice and professional. He worked quickly and gave me multiple options to fix the repair and took the time to explain everything in detail. Them job was completed within a couple weeks. His guys worked quick and efficiently, got the job done in half a day, and we were very happy with the result. We've since had a crazy rain storm over the past week, and no leaks! Will definitely be using Mello's Rooking for our future roofing needs.

Mauro came to my house and gave me an estimate for repairing some broken tiles and did the inspection of the entire roof. Many broken ones were found. A few days later, Jose and his assistance came to repair the broken tiles.
Work was done fine and was finished in time. It took two days to finish the repair work. Before the repairs were done, pictures were sent to me to show the broken ones. However, after the repairs were done, I was not shown the finished work as promised. Since I was not able to climb up to the roof to do the inspection myself to see how the repairs were done, I am not very satisfied. I wished Mauro or one of his workers was able to show me at least pictures of the finished work.

I had noticed a lot of dry rot around my eaves on the east side of the house. I found Tello's here on Yelp and he was quick to show up and give me a quote. His quote was very reasonable compared to others I received. He said he would be a couple of weeks to get started once I called back. He showed up and his team was obviously good at what they do. I am too old to do roof work anymore and I was impressed with their work. They were able to finish the job quickly, cleaned up and were on their way. The roof is beautiful and I even had them install 2 skylights above the garage. They came out great.

They are great crew. We had are roof resurfaced in January this year. Crew came to work on time , were very professional. Mauro answered all my questions even annoying ones.
I liked how they worked. They very detail oriented and professional. Roof resurfacing is not small task. I am really pleased with Mauro and his team work.

Tello and his team were awesome....super professional and went above and beyond what I contracted them to do - the sign of a contractor that cares very much about the quality of their work. I wanted to do one last check of my roof before the rain after they finished up - and when I got up there, I found that Tello had made sure to put roofing tar on every vent and pipe that penetrated the roof, just as a courtesy. That was never discussed. He also was quick to diagnose my leak and found additional areas that were of concern. He's was prompt and super reliable in communication. I'd happily refer him to friends and family.
