TELGE Roofing installed a new roof on our 2story house . Jerry Lambert their sales person worked closely with us and our POA to insure that s CA we had an approved roof by the POA . The entire work was completed in 10 hrs from start to finish . They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof!!!!

On Monday, June 14th, Telge Roofing replaced the roof of my next door neighbor at 25510 Long Iron Court - Spring, Texas 77389. Despite being told according to my neighbor, they were asked to cover my Plants next to their house before staring the process of removing the old roofing materials. When I saw that my Plants were not being covered as they were told, I approached, Mike, who was leading the Roofing Crew, and asked him to please cover my Plants. We had the prior week had new landscaping work done and protecting the Plants was very important. When I asked Mike to cover the Plants, his question to me was Where Do You Live? Not showing any respect or common sense to ask why I was concerned about the Plants and my Air Conditioning Unit being covered to prevent debris from falling into the unit and damaging it. He proceeded to disregard my request. I told him he was on my property and that I lived next door. The neighbor came out and expressed concern that she had requested in Advance that our Plants being covered. After a considerable back and forth, the Plants and Air Conditioning Unit was finally covered. Mike did not appreciate my concerns and indicated that he did not like the way I was talking to him. Now remember, he is the one who Insulted Me by asking ""Where Do You Live"". I will definitely not recommend Telge Roofing to anyone because of how I was treated. My overall Rating for Telge Roofing is an ""F"".

I asked them to inspect my roof before I put it up for sale & fix any problems that they found. I was charged $550.00. They supposedly fixed any issues and said the roof had 8-10 years left of a 30 year roof. The inspector for the buyer now claims there are loose shingles and other things that should have been spotted by Telge Roofing.
Telge is telling me that the inspector must have done that & it will cost me more money to repair. They still have not called me back to tell me how much more.
I wanted the opinion of a well established, reputable roofing company & with good reviews, 4 stars I thought I was getting that. But obviously I wasn't & very disappointed.

One of their people just knocked on my door (while I'm working from home, thanks to the virus) and told me I ""had a lot of storm damage on my roof"" and wanted to give me a quote. I did not call them for this and I specifically have a ""no soliciting"" sign on my door. I also have no storm damage on my 5 year old roof, thanks. I would never do business with these people.
