I had them clean a rug and wrap it up to be stored for moving. Two months later when we unwrap it, it is still damp and reeks! When I call to let them know of this, I am told that that is just not possible. All I know is they cleaned it, wrapped it in plastic and it was stored and absolutely nothing else was wet from storage. They will not reclean it and will not return my call now. Will never use them again and will definitely steer my friends clear of this company.

To update my experience, I've changed them from one star to three as they finally came through and recleaned my rug. Everyone but their manager, Tiffany, was pleasant and apologetic. Finally happy with my rug, but undecided whether I'll use them again.

Called & scheduled an appointment with a very friendly lady! Got me in the very next day! Came at the beginning of their time frame! My carpet is gorgeous & smells even better! Definitely recommended. Thank you for the great job & awesome service!
