My enclosed patio had a pan roof without insulation. It was very hot, so I needed my roof insulated. Frank Fabiano from Armored Roofing was great. He came when he said he would, he sent me an email pdf proposal the next day for a reasonable price, and they installed it while I was away on vacation. We communicated via text messages, and he was very responsive. Some other vendors came to give me bids but lacked follow through. The job Armored Roofing did was very good, and I can now enjoy my patio.

Did an ok job but my issue is that they punctured a water pipe in my attic when installing the new roof, they never wanted to take responsibility for the damage and just put it off on the plumbing company. Spoke to the owner himself and he said he would help out the best he could and get back to me. It's been a month now and no response . Water damage in my ceiling from them but not wanting to take responsibility , poor business practices and I hope it comes around to bite them in the ass later in life. I will forever promote against them and tell every single person I know what happened

I recently left a bad review and I want to post an update. After hearing of my issues Keenan himself and his top repair guy Frank came to take care of my problems.

After spending a good part of the day working they fixed all the issues and today my inspection passed. I want to thank Keenan and Frank for all their hard work and for going the extra mile to make a customer happy.

Was a professional crew, they kept the worksite clean and tidy and informed us of each step throughout the entire process. Considering for our Solar needs as well.
