Aparna H.We contacted a few contractors for some restoration and repair work at our house. Larry responded very promptly and came with a sub contractor. The sub contractor started the work and left us in the middle with multiple issues. We contacted Larry and he came immediately and helped us out. He sent good workers the very next day and helped us finish the work. Even though we had a very bad experience with the sub contractor Larry took care of the remaining work.
Mike A.Thanks for the roof great communication best prices in town great quality! Thanks fellas
We had a contract with Team all Star to replace the roof, repair 2 bathrooms, and paint the outside of our rental home. They did a good job on replacing the roof and we were going to have our home's roof replaced when the job for the rental was completed. After replacing the roof, Larry said they would start work on the other jobs within 7 to 10 days. After nothing from Larry within 10 days we called and left multiple messages with no response. Larry finally called back and said to give him another 10 days and then nothing again. If all Team All Star does is roofing, they should never have told us they could do the other work. We are extremely disappointed in this company for their treatment of us as a customer. We have had to delay the rental of the property and the tenants have had to delay their move.
Norma Y.What a find. I went on the BBB web site and found this company. First I made a request on the site for purchase and install of quartz counter tops. I received a call from one company and they had me send a picture of my counter and they gave me a quote l without coming to my house. I received another call from Team All Star Construction. They also ask for a picture but the Larry made an appointment to come to my home and took measurements then he gave me the quote which I was pleased with. When the workers came to install the counters I was very pleased. Number one they covered my furniture and floors. They took the time to remove the old tile and installed the new quartz counter. They worked without stopping and cleaned up after themselves. You couldn't tell they did any work it was so clean. Oh, did I forget to mention the Counters look great. I am so happy with their work. Would I recommend Team All Star Construction? You bet.
Brooke R.They where very quick to respond and did a wonderful job installing my cabinets. I would recommend hiring them anytime
Charlie N.Larry was great. He always answered the phone with answers to my questions. Worked around my schedule. George came on time and painted our house. He did an amazing Job. He went way beyond what I expected. Thank you guys so much. I would recommend them to anyone. And I would have them do any other jobs I have at home.
Frank T.From the very beginning, Larry took his time and gave me several ideas of how to transform my backyard. He designed my backyard as if it was his own. Once everything was approved, he immediately sent over his crew and began the demo, then the concrete (stamped) pour and finally the patio install. They did all of this in 3 weeks!! Amazing!! Larry was very communicative with every step of the way and is a man of his word. He came through with all the minor changes at the end no matter how small. If you have doubts about Larry and his team, simply don't. He's honest and delivers what was promised. He's also been in the business for years. You definitely deserve your 5 stars Larry! Thank you for making my backyard livable and enjoyable. Cheers!
Valarie C.My husband and I are beyond satisfied with the excellent work done. We had our living room, dining and laundry rooms painted as well as having 3 new Windows installed.
Everything looks fantastic. The painters were extremely meticulous and exceeded our expectations. They obviously take great pride in their work and it shows. The windows were just installed and the installation went fast and efficiently. The workers are all pleasant, easy to deal with and professional. Also, we received follow up phone calls to verify the work was completed to our expectations.
You cannot go wrong with hiring Team All Star Construction for all of your construction needs on your home. We will highly recommend them to anyone needing work done.
Petra C.I have the dream outdoor living space I wanted. Also new windows and fans in house. Every contractor was professional and clean. Larry did follow up by phone and in person after each job!
Thanks Team All Star!
Tami D.After we received multiple bids to have our roof replaced we chose Larry with Team All Star. We told Larry we wanted a contractor who did all their own work in house. Larry assured us he did not sub contract anything out. We also wanted to make sure we would be able to communicate with the crew. Larry told us that his crew were white guys in our area. After we signed the contract 3 weeks had passed and we had not heard from Larry so we called him. We were told they were just finishing a job and they would call us next week. They never called. It was 3 mored weeks before he called and said they would be there starting the following Monday. The guys who showed up to do the tear off brought a little utility trailer had to run to the dump every few hours. The roofers showed up and unable to start since tear off guys were not close to being done. I got home from work when one one of the tear off guys came and told me he lost his footing and went through the ceiling in my custom kitchen. They didn't bother to cover the roof where they left for the night it was very windy and it was such a mess. I cleaned it up several times but since there was now a hole we could see through and things kept falling through I gave. I had to call my husband who works nights and let him know. He called Larry who didn't know anything about it. Larry called my husband back and was quick to correct him and tell him they didn't fall through the roof but slipped and stepped through. Not sure there is a difderence when there is a hole you can see out of from inside your house. My husband had to get a tarp and cover the hold from the inside. Tear off guys showed up next morning but by afternoon were gone and never came back. Roofers were there but very hard to understand. I though I understood them when they told me they were going to finish the tear off tomorrow which would be Wednesday.
no one showed up Wednesday. Larry pretty much told my Husband he would have the contractor Jeremy call him which did happen once and when my husband described the damage in the kitchen Jeremy's every other word was Sh__. Every night when the crew left they failed to pick up. The front of the house looked like we had been hit by a tornado and this is California. They left their trash. Larry subcontracted this job to a company called Taylor Construction Los Alamitos CA. They broke a glass bird feeder and some very decorative lights and just tossed on the side if the house guessing we would not see them. We never saw Larry or Jeremy at anytime throughout this ordeal. Finally the job is done on Saturday and they have to leave leftover supplies until Monday for Jeremy to pick up. Of course he does not show up until Tuesday. They hired someone to fix the ceiling Monday and Jeremy was to meet him at our house Monday but remember he didn't show up. The dry waller almost left because he does not want to deal with homeowners when he is the middle man. The dry waller did not know Jeremy or Larry and never head if them before this job. He has no idea how they found maybe the Internet or what but wouldn't you think Larry would have a dry waller on staff. This guy was upset when he saw how much work there was since Jeremy told him it was a 20 minute job. He had to confirm with Jeremy he would get paid for the work he was going to do. He even asked Jeremy about who was going to paint the drywall as we were asking and Jeremy's response was he wasn't going to do it we needed to take care of it ourself. Jeremy did show up Tuesday but we never saw him and picked up their stuff and put a ladder up against my house and left it there for the inspector the next day. Of course there is no way I am leaving it up all night right in the front of my house. I had to move it and lay it down.
Larry called my Husband and told him to give the rest of what we owed 14,400.00 to Jeremy. My husband told I didn't hire Jeremy and am not giving him the check that he would need to come and get it and Larry complained how long it took him to get home the last time he came up to have the contract signed. Everyone in the inland empire knows about the Cajon Pass and he should have passed on the business if the drive from Redlands to the High Desert was too much for him. He came up with Jeremy to get the check and my husband told him everything I have written along with things I forgot to put here. My husband told him he needed to pay for primer and paint and for the amount of cleaning it would take to get my Custom Kitchen Cleaned by Sunday for Easter. This is the Thursday before. They didn't offer to paint we have to do that ourselves. He took 300. off the final bill. This is not even a sign of good faith. He also told my Husband he under bid this by 5000 dollars. Really after 25 plus years in business.
