They are all nice guys and friendly to us. They did great job and we are satisfied. This company was chosen among four companies by comparing several factors but not just price. I have flat roof and this company use a unique material to seal. I liked this method. I highly recommend this company.

As a First time homeowner I was informed that my Roof needed some updating and work. Not knowing where to start I asked around. I was recommended Teal City Roofing. Brianna took my call, worked with my schedule and Alex came out to give me an estimate within a few days. I went with them because I could tell he was experienced, straight forward and didn't try to upcharge me just because I didn't know much about roofing. Other estimates I got were more extensive and overpriced. They stayed on schedule, cleaned up after themselves unlike other contractors I've hired in the past and was a breeze from start to finish. I don't like when companies make promises and then you have to harp on them to keep them. His communication was impressive throughout and my roof was done on time. I've already recommended him to a neighbor after getting compliments on my new roof. This company is getting it right!

In a very bad wind atom it's done pieces of roofing were everywhere. I called.other places who. quoted outrageous prices and many Day waiters for them to come out for estimates. I called Teal City. The receptionist was nice and told me she could fit you in today and then will be at my house between 4 and 5 PM. They arrived on time check out my roof. It turned out that my roof only needed a minor repair and that all the pieces the roof on my property where my neighbors. This company is honest and trustworthy. They couldn't tell me anything what they did and they made the repairs on site. They showed me my neighbors missing rooftops that were damaged. If ever I have a problem again I will definitely use them. I feel much better knowing I found a reputable and honest company.

I had called around to several companies, Teal City and another were the only companies which returned my phone calls during ""their"" busy season. Alex came out one week later, answered all my questions, gave me an estimate and made the repairs the next week.

They did a great job and my roof is back to normal.
