We had a unique problem with our roof. The two sides our roof formed a valley that was trapping leaves, which soaked up rainwater and resulted in leaks. Evan and the team came up with a solution to rebuild a section of the roof and elevate it so water and leaves would run off. They came out and fixed the problem in less than a day. I no longer have to worry about my roof leaking in that spot again. The team was fast, friendly, and professional.

TDJ Contractors took over the work to replace our hail-damaged roof (shingles). Our prior experiences with our insurance and other contractors left us confused and disappointed. Evan, our TDJ point person, kept us informed throughout the process and saw the project through. We opted to upgrade to metal roof, and Evan helped make that transition smooth. The only logistical issues were related to multiple businesses having to be involved (solar, glass installers), but Evan helped with those issues. TDJ did the new roofs for my HOA after hail damage. Our complex is 48 separate detached single families and duplexes and they did them all over the course of about 4 days. The speed is the only good part. The shingles were crooked and not evenly laid over my roof vent which was verified by independent third party inspection. Judging by copious beer cans left by the crew they may have been installed not entirely sober. Attic vents were bent and disconnected in the process on multiple units creating a carbon monoxide safety hazard. I picked up 27 nails in their wake, some exactly in the gutter right where they would puncture a car tire or hiding in grass for a dog to step on, and that was just the ones I could find. Apparently this is what passes for ""average work"" in this industry.
