Should be your 1 and only call when needing anything to do with your roof. Called a few different company's and they either didn't show up or never called back. We called Taylor's Roofing and OMG what a difference, from Nick coming out to assess our roof and then the communication he provided until we signed was outstanding. He answered every question with so much professionalism. Then the ladies in the office when I signed the contract we great as well. Nick called when everything was ready and she if they could squeeze me in earlier than planned. The crew that showed up bright and early worked hard all day and kept me updated throughout the process. We were so impressed by the level of professionalism this entire company had throughout the whole process. We have a 1700 square fur house and they completed it in 1 day. They put tarps on the ground and I think they left my yard cleaner than when they arrived. Thank you again and every business should take lessons from these employees in his to treat a customer.

Taylor's Roofing was the only roofing company who I spoke with that would take the time to actually go up into my attic and verify where my leaks were coming from prior to committing to a price. Frank and his team came to my home to do the job and were polite and friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. Very happy with the service and the price was fair. Even more importantly the price they quoted was the price I was ultimately charged. Fair and honest.

Honestly cannot rate quality or price given that multiple requests for quote for roof and gutter replacement never happened. Receptionist finally gave Aron's cell but he again never responded. I can only assume unprofessional behavior of this kind cannot result in a professional roof job even if you're fortunate enough to get a quote. Most contractors when too busy or not crazy about your project will inflate quote removing themselves from consideration, or just let you know they are booked for several months. I was a facility manager for a large company and worked with contractors on a daily basis. There's a difference between declining to quote for a good reason and just declining to quote.

Called twice for a re roof shingle estimate on my home. No one ever contacted me and surely didn't show up to give me an estimate. Maybe a blessing in disguise. Would not recommend.
