I have a metal roof and had a section on the back replaced that included a transition in pitch, dormer windows and roof vents. I was given a fair price (among two other quotes) and decided to go with Taylor Made. They were a little late getting started but got the job completed on time. There were a few issues with workmanship that John (salesman) realized and had the crews come back and follow up on. There was also an issue with a part of the existing roof that was damaged while moving off the old sheets of metal. John realized that the damage was more than could be repaired without replacement and replaced the panels with no costs to me.

In good faith we paid the bill for the new roof that was installed on our house. Even though there was issues surrounding the work that was performed on our home. The roofers cut our soffit to install the drip edge and split all the caulked seams and didn't even try to repair them. We called our sales person and informed him of the issues and there was work that needed to be addressed from the roofing install, as we still were having gutters installed. There are some glaring issues that need to be addressed and we still haven't seen anyone that they employ come and even look at the issues. I had to do a quick sweep of the yard (less than 30 minutes) and found a bunch of nails, this was only after getting 3 flat tires on our mower. Also the communication was horrible as the materials just showed up without notice, also the roofers just showed up one day about 2 weeks after the material delivered. Once again without any notice given. It makes me really wonder if I could get any work performed if there was any warranty issues. I would never recommend them for work.

This company has zero ethics or credibility. They did roof repairs which were requested as a result of home buyers inspection. The sellers paid for the work. Now 45 days after closing they will not stand behind their work. They agree the job was poor quality -- you can see raw lumber - roof was not appropriately finished at edge of soffit. BUT they refuse to correct it and they claim it's because the work was done for prior owner and will not honor their already weak 90 day guarantee. It also became clear they had little or no experience working on a tile roof and had hired a sub-contractor to complete the work. They sent a sales guy 3 times when I called with my leak. They wanted to replace my entire roof -- fortunately I had multiple roofers look at my roof and it became clear they were not experienced and were border-line predatory in their efforts to convince me my roof needed to be replaced. Additionally when we refused to replace the entire roof the salesperson aggressively tried to convince my husband and I multiple times to allow them to start work on repairs to our roof without an estimate of cost or labor. He said they could not possibly estimate cost - not even an hourly or daily labor rate could be provided. This is ludicrous. I attempted to reach the owner to share my experience - no response.

This cannot be an isolated situation.
