I have cared for our visions, aspirations, and motivations. Since our inception, the humility of our company and customer-first approach has not wavered. I’m John Vaughn, and I aim to be straightforward. My goal is to resolve all issues. My inspirations and motivations can be linked to my background. I sought transformation. I had to want more and explore, bold enough to daydream about larger aspirations that led to creating projects for those in need, neighbors, and more. Over the past three years, we have provided services to numerous all kinds of buildings and homes. But the genuine drive came from the impact on around 400 families we have helped change. We learned that as individuals, we tend to prioritize others, when we use reason. It becomes clear that compassion, understanding, and acknowledgment followed by action brings a team together, especially those affected by nature’s forces like wind, water, hail, and fire.
