We had Gutter Glove installed by Taylor Construction. One area was not installed properly. We've called for months trying to get someone out to fix it. When it rains water shoots off the house onto our wooden deck instead of being routed down the gutter. Every time we call we are promised a resolution by X date, but X date comes and goes, and we have to follow up again. Very frustrating!

Taylor was MONTHS late with the install and did not even take the time to call me and explain why. When I called them they blamed it on their supplier, Kohler.

They made an absolute mess of my bathroom. I specifically asked if they were using a dust barrier and was assured they would. They did not. My entire bathroom was covered in construction dust.

The seal on the shower pan has now come apart from the floor, allowing water under the pan.

I am about to dispute my credit card charge - as the only time I get their attention is when I owe them money.

I urge you to look elsewhere for a better contractor. The salesman talks a grand talk, but the company does not live up to his jive.

These guys are a joke! I made an appointment for gutters only and they sent me a hard handed salesman for an entire guttergauard system. They called and asked for a second chance to bid the project with a partner of theirs, I went for it. When they arrived it so happened that another contractor was onsite providing a bid. Multiple bidding is a prudent exercise. They walked the job left and called me the next morning to schedule another site walk... What, you want to walk the job 3 times, are you serious? Then they suggested the bid could not be sent via email and they must meet with me personally to share the quote... What? They wasted my time and played games. Steer clear of f these guys, there up to no good. If I could give them less of a single star I would.

Gutter are not rocket science they catch water, gravity does the rest, they would like you to believe it's more complicated than that, it's not. Beware!!!

Made appt at Sam's Club for an estimate on a walk-in tub. My bro came over to ask about a walk-in shower. Additionally, I was considering new siding and covered gutters. Rearranged my life for the appt but the time came and went - no phone call, no salesman. Probably dodged a bullet here. They have no email listed on their site. I mistakenly hit the ""call me to make an appt"" button and a lady called. When I said it was a mistake and I was trying to email them, she hung up on me! Sent email to Sam's. I certainly won't be doing business with them.

Had a door to door guy walk up to my house (even though I have a no soliciting sign at the front of the neighborhood, on my mailbox, and on my front door) they still came to my door... I am actually in the market for new gutters so instead of yelling at him I decided to give them a shot. He took my info and said someone will call in the next few minutes to schedule the estimate. I got the call and set up the meeting for the next day at noon (Saturday). That night I searched for reviews and found MANY people complaining about high pressure sales, late or just no show, and daily harassing phone calls and door hangers. This already set a sour taste in my mouth about them. Saturday noon came and went, and I take the ""if they aren't here in 15 minutes we are legally allowed to leave meme seriously... So at 12:15 I had shit to do and left. Nobody called and I frequently checked my security cameras, nobody... Today someone called to offer an inconvenience coupon which I refused because they waisted my time obviously not wanting business. I also told Irene Taylor that nobody from their company and any affiliate companies may contact me in any form and this was a recorded line, she just hung up on me. I dodged a bullet with this one, how could I count on them performing warranty work if they can't even show up to bid on a new contract.

Window installation left a gap that we believe allowed termites into the house during swarming season as property inspection revealed presence of termites, but only under those windows. Also, company never came out to place the seals in the doors they installed. They sent them to me and told me to do it myself.

Also, I think Randy F., the only positive review written for this company, is an employee of the company.

While watching an infomercial for ""Bathwraps"" I called the number provided on TV 1-800-407-9087 and was scheduled an appointment with Taylor Construction on Tuesday, April 17 at 10:00am.

After re-arranging my work schedule for the appointment, I received a call 40 minutes before the appointment saying they couldn't make it (one person was sick). Understanding people get sick and call in sick for work, however, one of the main reasons we use ""established"" companies is Not to Rely on one person for our work to be done.

This was to be the first - initial consultation, I should have checked Yelp first and asked for another Bathwraps recommended.

Taylor Construction has lost business for itself and Bathwraps. For me calamity adverted!

I met with the Taylor Construction representative at the Atlanta Home Show on March 25th. I was very specific on the single picture window I needed replaced. I explained the circumstance and we set up my appointment for Tuesday. I was called today to confirm and suddenly I needed a 5 window minimum before they would consider my project. I did also review all of the literature he gave to me and nowhere is there one mention of a minimum project. This is the classic Bate and Switch condition. Buyer beware!!!!

Taylor Construction installed gutters on our home a couple of years ago. Now we need some help with an issue caused by a storm, and they are totally unresponsive. In fact, one of their reps called us to arrange an appointment to sell us windows instead of responding to our request for someone to come look at the damage. We find this company to be all sales and zero service.
