Found Jeremy (562) 712-1506 initially on CL. Contacted him regarding a flat roof repair. He responded quickly, came out to the house, gave me an estimate. We scheduled a date to complete the necessary repairs. The repairs were completed on time and as agreed. He was always prompt, polite and considerate. I will use Jeremy again and would highly recommend him.

This is probabaly the worse company and experience I have ever had. Basically, they just threw the roof on my house. I still have leaks when it rain. It doesn't look professional. Charged me 15k for a half ass job. The two workers did a rush job. They left all of their junk and unused materials in my gutters and even damaged my gutters. The owner Jeremy won't return my calls. I wouldn't let them put a roof a dog house.

I called multiple company for quotes about roofing. I went with Geremy with Taylor Construction cause of his knowledge about the roof I was looking for. His quote was not the lowest but also not the highest. He included things other people want to uncharge. Also instead of installing ugly dome vents. He put this o hagan vents that are low profile. His crew is very polite and cleaned up after themselves every day. They communicated with me with every step. He also got me a good financing options. Good job Geremy now I'm ready for my next rain storm.

Update: Its been a few months and we have discovered flaws in the Pergula construction that have led me to withdraw my recommendation for this type of construction. Wooden slates were of the cheapest quality, pieced together (instead of one long piece of quality wood), and poorly spaced. Painting was performed by a 'handyman' subcontractor that came ill prepared and not experienced with prep or cleanup. Paint quality was subpar, sap is seeping from wood through the paint, and hardware that was painted is now rusting. I'm going to have to re-paint at an additional cost to us.

Absolutely loved the windows installed by Taylor Construction. From start to finish I had no problems and all my expectations were met: quality, efficiency, professionalism, and satisfaction. I plan to use Taylor Construction on my other home improvements I would like done in the near future.
