A big thank you very much to Bob. Bob was referred to me on the NextDoor website. I called him to fix a leaking kitchen window. The window was leaking on the ""inside"" of the frame. He came over & immediately said the problem was a clogged Roof Valley. He removed the roof tiles on both sides of the valley and found tons of dirt & mud. He removed 3/4 of a bucket full of dirt. The window did not leak last night with the heavy rains. Will call him next month to complete the job with the other valleys.

I bought a home that needed a new roof. I called a few contractors for a bid including Tattersfield Roofing. Everyone else showed up and gave a bid except Tattersfield. I called them back three times because they had given the old owner a verbal bid that seemed very competitive. They told me Bob would be out and give me a written bid. In one of the conversations Sandra told me they were having trouble with several clients having complaints and ""l lot of people were angry with them"". Now I know why. He never showed up any of the days he said he would. I called back one last time to see if they were planning on showing up. Sandra was very rude and said we are not going out to give you a bid and hung up on me. WOW ... really?

Mark is very knowledgeable when it comes to roofing. His wife, Sandra, is knowledgeable as well. He reviewed the repairs called out by the buyers of our home, and completed all the work in the time he quoted. He even worked on a couple of small items he noticed that the home inspector didn't see, and I wasn't charged extra.
