Tarrant Roofing took pictures of my roof with out asking and showed them to us. They contacted my insurance company to review there findings, and my insurance rejected there findings because it was it was less than my deductable. They protested and requested another inspection which the insurance company rejected again. They want to call in a independent inspector, which I have to pay for to get them business.
Now the insurance company will not pay for the few items they found, because they have been identified with this claim.
All they want is business, and don't care about the customer.

Tarrant came to our home to try to sell us a roof. Two salespeople came so the junior could learn the ropes. No objections there. However, they were very assertive but we caved and in the middle of a major family crisis, we went with them. They were all sugar and spice and got us a roof up in no time so they could get paid. But the remainder of the work we agreed to, required dozens of calls to schedule, then reschedule when their contractor couldn't come then text and call and text and call with poor responses. Our primary salesperson, this new young man, returned about a quarter of his calls and texts. We had to do the work. We have no reason to exaggerate. Shop around.

I contacted Kelly to come out to get an estimate for several things on the property. Her initial visit and communication was great. However, there were two things she missed upon going out there, which was fine (taking a look at the gutters and fence). Another person came out to provide an estimate for the gutters a week later after not hearing from the company even after reaching out the first visit. Their communication is horrible. I have emailed, called, left voicemails, and text messages in regards how to proceed with the repairs for the property and not one person has responded. I have tried to be patient as this is over a few weeks span of contacting and waiting.

Highly rude, and a big turnover in staff members that when you call, always a new person/ no longer there. They beyond come to the area of your homes , knocking horrendously ignoring the sign of No Soliciting . They did work at my neighbors, and the mess fell on my side of property that they never came to clean. Do not recommend this Company.

Tarrant roofing came out like all the rest of the roofing companies after a hail storm. My roof was nearing 15 years old so I don't let anyone on my roof unnecessarily to avoid further damage. Well, they offered a drone option where they fly over the roof to take pictures so I said sure thing! My homeowners insurance went up 57% over 2023 and when I called to complain, they told me that a new roof could save me $2K on my yearly premium. So I called up James Sudbury to come help me work with my insurance company to get a new roof installed. He worked directly with my insurance company and came out for 2 separate roof inspections where they were saying miraculously my house among all of my neighbors had very little to no hail damage. Imagine that.... The insurance company only wanted to pay for a small section of roofing, gutters and a few window screens. After my deductible, I was left with very little to replace the damaged roofing. I was not about to add a few shingles on an already weathered roof so I had James give me a price to replace everything and I was not disappointed. Tarrant Roofing did an amazing job and I am truly happy that they came knocking at my door.

I was told they would reimburse me for a new tire because they left nails everywhere and one got in my tire. Submitted the receipt and they would not honor it. Liars. Do not trust this company

Tarrant Roofing did an excellent job. Started with a free roof inspection which showed the recent hail storms damage, Derek and Matthew were there every step of the way as we filed my insurance claim, and made sure that everything was accounted for and included. They worked with me to meet my timing and the cleanup around the home was thorough and left the yard in good condition. Would highly recommend considering Tarrant Roofing and companies in your review of contractors.

The process could not have gone any better! Our salesperson (Kelly Johnson) was also our Project Manager. It was a one-stop-shop with Kelly and she was amazing. Her communication skills were excellent. She took care of the insurance details, starting with meeting with our insurance adjuster at my house to initiate the claim. Everything was explained clearly to us and went according to plan. The crew was professional, put tarps on my grass, and cleaned up afterwards. Kelly came to our house throughout the one-day installation to check on things and then the next day for a final inspection.

I highly recommend Tarrant Roofing, and particularly Kelly Johnson.

Highly, unprofessional Tarrant Roofing did work around my apartment complex. Leaving a mess in work areas, not taking responsibility for their contractors or employees messes. Employees even left a mess on my patio after asking them not to take breaks under my patio.

As a resident of the complex we were told any roofing nails that damage our tires we would receive reimbursement for. After submitting the required documents Lori from Tarrant roofing stated I would only receive half the reimbursement for my tire due to the work around the complex being completed a week prior on 9.20.2023. However, as stated to Lori and her team their job site trailer was left in the complex along with materials and fencing were not removed from the complex until 10.5.2023.

Even after Lori admitted to their job site not being cleaned up until 10.5.2023 as well as myself providing pictures. Lori still refuses to reimburse myself for the damage from tire.

I truly hope going forward that any business this organization gets they take full accountability for whether residential or commercial. However, as a business owner and future homeowner I will never use Tarrant Roofing.
