We had some minor roof damage from recent high winds. I emailed on Sunday just to start a record - our roof from Tarrant County roofing had been done in 2016. Sam called early Monday morning before I had chance to call. He said he could look at damage that same day! A crew was in area and our roof was fixed in the afternoon. Incredible service and covered by warranty.

Fast talking typical roof peddler...Don't trust these guys. Convinced my to deal directly with the insurance company myself. Lied about how the insurance company would pay. I ended up owing more than my deductible and didn't get all the repairs done. John Stanley is a crook. Never deal with this company! What a scam...probably selling vacuums this week....

Don't waste your time reading this review anymore. You won't go wrong picking Tarrant County Roofing!

Ok, if you insist on reading more, go on.

Sam came highly recommended from a local business owner. However, I have a healthy level of cynicism when it comes to expecting quality from contractors. Nevertheless, I called up Sam and asked him to come take a look at my roof that had taken a beating from several hailstorms past. I was pleasantly surprised by the candor and professionalism with which Sam and his team took care of the roofing job. It was almost turnkey with even claims and adjuster coordination handled by Sam and his crew. The job was clean and done with high quality.

Since then, I have moved on from that house, but Sam continues to be my roofer of choice. More recently, I had to replace the roof of my house that had solar panels installed. Despite the difficulty and additional complexity involved in coordinating with an electrician, Sam and his team got the job done with high quality once again.

I can't recommend Sam any higher!

We were so pleased with the exceptional quality of work that your crew did on replacing our roof, and the men who replaced our facia boards on the patio. They were very careful in trimming trees before they could roof, and the cleanup of the yard and all roofing materials was immaculate!! I can't say enough good things about Sam and his company. I will refer all our friends that need a roof to you Sam.

Tarrant County Roofing replaced my roof and did a wonderful job. Being in the DFW area there are numerous roofing companies in the area. I had called another company first for a quote and the difference was night and day. Tarrant County Roofing explained all the steps and offered some great suggestions for material and even did a gutter upgrade to help divert water. Tarrant County Roofing helped every step of the way and submit the required paperwork and pictures to my insurance company for quick reimbursement. Hopefully won't need a new roof for many years to come but will recommend Tarrant County Roofing to my friends and family.

Sam and his guys are great! I called him recently for an estimate and he was out to the house in one day. He had a detailed estimate with photos in two days. I was getting several bids and his was the first an most reasonable. Had him upgrade to the Class IV HD shingle to get an insurance discount and it was still lower than the next roofer's bid for a conventional product.

They did the install in one day and the roof looks great. The cleanup was perfect and I could not be more satisfied with the job. These guys are fast, professional and reasonable. This job came totally out of my pocket due to the high deductible on my insurance. I could have paid much more based on the other bids and not gotten any more for the price. Sam provided excellent services for myself as well as my mother. He and his team are very knowledgeable, prompt and professional. After giving me a quote he gave me time to obtain other quotes and compare the services that were offered with no pressure at all. I decided to go with Tarrant County Roofing and am very glad I did. Sam was at my home quite a bit to inspect the work which gave me confidence in knowing everything was being done to ensure I was receiving quality work and services. At first Sam seems very honest. Said he would come and inspect my roof at no charge, While inspecting the roof he said it would be a simple and could fix it while he was here - we agreed on $40 due at first of the month due to the fact I live on a small fixed income. Instead I received an invoice for $175. i called and he said it was an honest mistake. It stormed the next night and the leak was not repaired. I called again and he sent his relative out. The said it would be $400 to replace vents. I stated there is no way I can afford to pay that so just leave as is. He said they would seal it again. No charge amount was mentioned. Two weeks after the 1st I received a bill for $175.

COMPLAINTS: Doesn't take credit cards, Doesn't give a written estimate, family members try to convert you to their type of religion. They are suppose to be expert roofers yet the first ""simple"" roof repair didn't even work & I had to go to the hassle of calling them out again.

What legit business does not take credit cards? No one has checks any longer and to go and have to buy a Money Order and then go to the post office and mail it is a hassle to the customers.

I try to see the good in people but after thinking about the entire experience I realized he may be doing this to others who are none the wiser.

Just be wary, ask for everything in writing in advance, and ask about the types of payment they accept.
