This company was hired to put on a new roof at the condominium complex I live in. The HOA Board picked them. What a mess! They are putting on a tar roof and it has been a completely terrible experience. Most days, there are few workers doing the job. The smell is toxic and they are expected to take a month longer than originally planned. They are not responsive to complaints. They put a kettle that smokes out tar smell right by the windows of the apartment homes and the toxic smell gives headaches, nausea, burning eyes and nasal passages. They won't respond when you call them. Warn your residents!!! They take longer than projected and the smoke from their equipment will smoke into the night hours and make you feel sick! This project started in March!!
