My home was damaged by a water pipe burst in 2018. I was told by Target that the job should not take longer than 6 weeks to complete. It has been 27 months to date and it is still not complete. They were late or did not show up at all more times than I can count, knowing that my husband and I were having to take off work to let them on the property. They busted holes in my wall while replacing the flooring that has never been fixed. When cutting holes in the ceiling to replace lighting, they cut the hole to big and even after trimming out the light, you can still see the holes. The CEO has refused to meet with us about these problems or finishing the work that the insurance paid to have done, yet he had no problem cashing all the checks. I have tried so many times to give these people the benifit of the doubt that they would be truthful and do what they were paid to do, but this is rediculous.

Despicable people! They have refused to provide information about contents in my home. Fire was in may. They used pictures of my house without my consent for advertising. The flyer talked about how reliable they are, this couldn't be farther from the truth. Now I have a bill for 22,000 due upon receipt with no explanation. These people are crooks!!

They left trash and cigarette buds all over my home. Instead of being helpful in my emergency, they have made it worse! They lied to me and told me the house was cleaned out, and started rebuilding over a burt subfloor! Don't trust these people!

I had to have my hardwood floors replaced due to a water leak under my house. Parnell came out quickly and had the fans and dehumidifiers set up and running by early afternoon. I have hardwood flooring, and all of it had to be pulled up except 1 room. After that, they had their packout team come in and pack up every little thing to move offsite. They took pictures of where everything went, and sure enough, when all the work had been done, everything was back in its place as if nothing had ever happened. Their process keeps you from having to lift a finger, and they take care to relieve your anxiety and stress. The project manager, Boyd, was a Godsend. You are never more than a phone call away, day or night, if you have a question. The work was excellent, and they are very thorough. I can't say enough how Target made an unpleasant event as pleasant as possible. The price was reasonable, and they coordinated with my insurance company. I would not hesitate to call them again, and I would recommend them to friends and family.

Had a water leak in a wall of the bathroom at a rent house. The insurance company suggested this company. Parnell came out quickly and set up fans to dry out the area and pull up the laminate floor that was damaged. My tenant is a great tenant but is difficult to deal with when scheduling things to be done at the house. Parnell worked around her schedule and had his guys work extra hours installing the new floor to accommodate her schedule. I thought the price was reasonable and the work looks fine. I would use this company again and recommend them to my friends.

They came out and cleaned my carpets for a great deal. They had a whole house special for just under $100. I was at work, but they came out while my husband was home. I was happy with the result. The carpets looked clean and they smelled fresh too.
