We hired this company in 2021 they came out two times and still never completed the repairs. Now, October 2021, they Keep saying they would come out and fix the final neglected repair and never showed up to finish the work. Now they are not returning our calls.

Target installed a new roof on my house last fall. I have some concerns about it so I called their office last Monday but had to leave a message. The call has not been returned so I went to their office today and learned that the building is now occupied by Cougar, effective May, and they have no idea where Target may have moved. I am afraid that I and all their customers will not have any warranty on their roofs.

Very annoyed with this company. We had a lower estimate from a different company , asked them if they can match it or come close to it. They didn't . My husband still wanted to give them a try for our damaged roof ( we had a leak) they. And out and repaired the leak, they did NOT tell us they needed to change the ply wood etc and more hours of labor and materials where going to be charged on top of what our estimate was for. They should have mentioned it to us before doing it and charging us extra. They did not care and still charged us for extra hours when the workers did not take that long to change a piece of wood! DO Not truest this Company as they are all about money and can care less of customer care and satisfaction. Our mistake not going to the other company. What a regret.
