Moved into a new apartment and needed new furniture.the quality is very sturdy.the new lights make my space look more elegant. It was done super fast. The customer service was very helpful and knew what they were talking about. On to the next room and project. Definitely will be coming back.thank you Target.

I did my homework on which contractor to chose from. Because the bathroom is my sanctuary!!! I landed on Target Home Design. I am so happy I found them. I called, they came out took notes of all my wants. They drew up a diagram of the restroom with glass shower and shower head in the ceiling. (((((((((((((EXACTLY, what I wanted))))))). After it was done my neighbors came over and was so surprised, the booked an appointment with Target home design. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family. Thank you so much for an outstanding job!

I am very upset with the bait and switch that has happened and now I feel uncomfortable with the fact that these people were in my home. I got a call last week offering any remodeling services, and I had stated that I didn't need anything off the top of my head. They went through a small list of services, and mentioned Interior Doors. I said I actually did want to get my Interior Doors replaced, so I agreed to an appointment on Sunday 5/5 at 11AM to go over options. The two men who were here from Target Home Design were very nice but seemed pushy, which is the reason we didn't move forward. Then today, on 5/6, I receive a call from a contractor stating they spoke to me last week about installing interior doors and I asked them to call back today. I was immediately confused because I just had two people inside my home to provide a quote. The lady on the other end of the line started raising her voice at me saying that it wasn't them and they are with Perfect Home Remodeling, Inc. I tried to explain that I only ever received one call for doors and an appointment, and I already met with someone, so she raised her voice higher and said I was dumb because another contractor was there. When I tried to ask for a supervisor, she hung up. I called back, got someone else and asked to speak to a supervisor to get to the bottom of this, I was put on hold and then someone answeredf the phone and hung up. I then called back again and reached someone who said she was the supervisor, and this was the same woman who yelled at me and called me dumb, and she tried to say she had never spoken to me before. When I said I wanted information and to make a complaint, she started laughing and wouldn't listen to me. I said I needed that CSLB License #, and she said ""What does our license have to do with anything?"". When I said that they are required by law to provide the CSLB License number when requested, she said ""Oh well I need to end the call if you're going to go that route"" and hung up on me AGAIN. I then called back from a different number to play a hunch I had an instead of asking for a Supervisor of Perfect Home Remodel, I asked if I had reached Target Home Design. The person on the other side said yes, and provided me with the reps name and phone number who was at my house. That showed me that these companies are one and the same, and this was a bait and switch. Any company who refuses to provide you with a CSLB License number or be upfront in their practices is one to steer away from. The unprofessionalism of this entire experience is absolutely appalling, and after this, I'm feeling like all of the bad reviews are true.

I had been called by Mike from Target Home Designs and thought I would give them a chance to bid on my bathroom remodels. Met with these guys and although they are very personable, they were also very pushy. Before I knew it, they were here to begin the remodels even though I had told them I had another contractor coming the next day to quote. My fault but when they quoted me $30 K for one bathroom, I felt that was good so allowed the work. I had told them I wanted to see what they could do. I had to have electrical and plumbing upgrades as my house had been built in 1986 and needed to be brought up to code. I understood and so had the upgrades. The biggest thing that I did not like was they really don't listen to you but do what they want. For the ensuite, I had picked out tiles, but the installers came with what they had at their warehouse. By this time, I just wanted to get everyone out of my house. I would also warn future customers, to be watchful as they are very good salesman who at any point will do what they want and don't care about the cost to the customer. The one good thing is their trades, except for one, are very mindful and the workmanship is really good. I would not recommend Target Home Design.

A couple years ago, a very charming Israeli named Omri Garesh showed up at my parents house for a simple shower remodel and took them for $100k dollars in additional contracts.

Today, Udi Ben showed up unsolicited to give me a roofing quote. I decided to play along because I do have a leaky roof, but recognized the same Schick as Omri: HIGH PRESSURE selling dreams. They want u to sign the contract NOW so they can breeze through it n take your money or put a lien on your house. Udi said he didn't know Omri, but when I researched these reviews, I saw someone went through the same thing w Omri that my parents did. BEWARE the testimonials are elderly and they are very slick talkers. They will take advantage of you if you have a hard time saying no.

We love our new kitchen and love showing it to everyone. Target Home Design made choosing and staying within budget easy and the outcome is exactly what we wanted. The tear out of the old and the install of the new went as planned and took no more than 14 working days. Installation of everything was respectfully quiet and spot clean which is great because our kitchen is right in the middle of the house! Neighbors said they observed how neat the crew was and how the crew routinely hauled away all the torn out cabinets and daily debris. We were always notified about who and what was coming when. Excellent work. The design was great! The remodel was done on time and within budget. Thumbs up for about kithchen!
I will be using them for my bathroom(s) remodel.

This is an incredible company, an incredibly HORRENDOUS company. Do not use! If I could give numerous negative stars, I would. My complaints regarding my roof replacement are too numerous to list here. A roof replacement that normally could be done in 3 to 5 days, took them 2 months, plus another 6 weeks to come back for fix-its. Totally incompetent roofers. This company will not communicate with the customer! Additionally, they totally misrepresent their so-called financing program. Supposed to be 18 months same as cash zero interest program. Ends up being a revolving credit card account. And then when I go to pay this company, I am told, Oh, if you are going to use that card, we have to add 8% to the price. Total Scammers! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I would like to thank David Benz for responding to our needs in replacing our floors at a great price. He's very knowledgeable, professional. But above all very friendly and patient. He brought in his reliable hard working staff, had the job done. They placed all the furniture in their place, leaving everything very clean. I highly recommend them for all your home renovation needs. Thank you David Benz for all your help.

Absolutely fantastic! Our kitchen was builder grade and pretty ugly. Target Home Design came in and totally upgraded it. The extension at the end of the island was David's brilliant idea! They did the work exactly as we were told they would and when they said they would.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting remodeling work done!

Always receive competitive quotes before engaging this company. They will charge you an excessive amount and if you are not familiar with the construction industry, they will take advantage of you. The salesmen are well spoken and extremely polite and personable, you will like them. They are with you to gain your trust and will play you videos of satisfied customers that no doubt pay far more than they needed.
