I have never been more frustrated by people who have no respect for other people's time. I found it very unprofessional and find a business untrustworthy when they set up appointments, do not show up and not even bother to inform you about failing to complete their contract. Touted they had
The best warranty. The only warranty was that they do not deliver on their word or contract.

This was a small roof job over a garage only to leave us waiting on them without communicating with us. Gave them the benefit of the doubt after the next contact I had with them claimed their crew was out fighting fires. Set up another date and again had no idea if they were gonna show up. Like they're the only ones whose time is valuable. My husband cancelled some business appointments to accommodate them twice.

I cancelled the contract before noon on the second Appt they set up after I have not received a response to my message at 8:34 in the morning to find out if they were coming or not. Since I had no idea whether they were showing up or not, I was so frustrated. Then I get a text saying I cancelled so he did not send his guy. Mind you, I cancelled towards noon time, He was going to send a guy to finish this job in half a day which he said would take a full day and worst case scenario, they would have to come back to finish the gutters. This company gives small business a bad name.

Great company. Installed a 10000 watt system for the same price as most 7000 watt systems. No more 400 dollar power bills! Pg&e pays me! I highly recommend talon energy for your solar needs.

My wife and I had been looking into Solar since moving to the Newcastle area approximately 14 years ago. A large house with very high PGE bills. He provided a Proposal that was the BEST we had ever received with all high-end equipment. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable regarding the Solar Industry and products. The work was done on time; Joseph and his crew were Efficient, Clean, Hard working, Honest, and Dependable. We just completed our 1st ""True Up"" (12 months with PGE and our Solar system) with amazing results. $70.00 for the entire year vs. $6,000.00 +/- in prior years.
