Ben is one of the most laid back individuals you'll ever meet. We've had a few roofs replaced now, and after all the work he's done with us, I can say for certain that he's a real gem when it comes to being trustworthy and reliable. Ben has always been upfront about pricing, as replacing an entire roof is never cheap, nor should it be. He's also always done his best to help us deal with issues that may occur when having to remove the roof, such as what to do with roof-mounted AC systems, gutter work, and more. He is incredibly communicative, and we've always been kept in the loop whenever issues occurred, such as getting permits in historical areas. We're grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him. I cannot recommend him enough!

Finally a honest roofer!!

I normally do not leave reviews, but I have to in this case.

Ben Tall Roofing exceeded all my expectations. I received 5 bids for my roofing job and I am so happy I found Ben who did a beautiful job.

Ben was on site every day to check up on the progress and answer any questions. He was very easy to work with, very pleasant, honest, and gave me an extremely competitive bid. His bid was almost 50% less than the highest quote. He did not sacrifice on the quality, workmanship, or materials used.

I needed to replace my entire 30 year roof. From my perspective, it was a challenging job.

First, my old CalShake crumbled as the tear off started. It was mess. Ben covered all the areas surrounding my house including my pool. His great crew cleaned up every day. They were very easy to communicate with. Blew out all the debris from the gutters. They used a magnet to pick up all the nails and metal debris.

Secondly, my 4 roof sections have very large pitches, which made the work challenging. The workers were very careful using ropes and harnesses to ensure their safety. They were careful in not damaging any shrubs or walkways.

While most of the roofers indicated that the work would take 2 weeks, Ben Tall Roofing completed the job in one week.

I highly recommend Ben Tall Roofing.

I contracted to have Ben and his crew re-roof a very large section of flat roof at my Mother's home in Beverly Hills. His crew was very professional, punctual and extremely clean.
At the end of each work day, the crew left everything in a neat and orderly manner. After eight days of tedious work, Ben's crew completed the job. I have seen a large number of re-roof projects and this job is really second to none.

I must have interviewed about 8 different companies to redo our roof. We finally selected Tall roofing because they were knowledgeable and did not employ any high pressure sales. They came back with the second lowest bid for the job, but I had a good gut feeling about them.
I am very pleased with the work that they did. Ben and/or Daniel were at the job site every single day (multiple times) making sure everything went well, their team showed up exactly at 7 am and worked diligently throughout the day and made sure to clean up before they left.

They took care of a a bunch of other smaller jobs that make quite a difference. For example, we had a solar pool heater that we had all but given up trying to save. Several of the other roofers had convinced me that it would be impossible to save, so we were looking at spending over $6K to get a new one re-installed. I never even brought it up to Ben because I had assumed he would say it was trash. Instead, he, out of his own accord, offered to remove it carefully and do his best to reinstall it, all without charge! And indeed he did! It is now back up on our roof and in working order. This was a huge savings! He also built a new mount for our air conditioner because our old one looked old. These are the things that make it obvious that he takes pride in his work, and wants to make sure things are done right.

But what I am most impressed with was what happened when something went wrong, that to me really tells you whether a company is trust worthy. There was a miscommunication regarding the underlayment we had requested. Once I noticed, Ben immediately called me and apologized and wanted to make it right. Not only did he honor our agreement (despite the fact it would cause his team to do extra work) but he knocked a bit off the price for the inconvenience. That is true professionalism.

In addition, he maintained us informed throughout the process and was clearly always cognizant of not upping the budget unless absolutely necessary. I'm very happy we found them, and will be recommending them in the future.

Excellent work and at the lowest rates we found. We have recommended him to others who have used him and they have thanked you for the great recommendation. He did our home, full tear off and wood repair at about half of what we had quotes for just a lay over of the roof. I would not use anyone else at this point.

Amazing, fantastic experience. Ben is a roofing god, and his team does terrific work. I cannot recommend Tall Roofing highly enough. We watched them do our next door neighbor's roof and the roof across the street, so consider this three recommendations because all three jobs were terrific with very happy customers.
