Excellent work.. roof repair on short notice. After Brian came out and did his inspection he gave us a quote, we were extremely pleased based on the prior qoutes that we had recieved. BUT.. we were in a bind and need the work done ASAP.
He stated that they were slammed with work and couldn't make any promises but he would make every effort to fit us in right away if possible. Sure enough, we got a call from Brian 3days later with a cancellation and offered us the scheduling slot. YESSS.. Workers showed up on time, professional, and most importantly, finished the job on time. Outstanding work, Quality products, Extremely pleased, Highly Recommend!!

Unbelievable service with unbelievable communication. If other contractors in this area were half as reliable and as honest as Joe Cassidy and Brian Lancaster, they might give them a run for the money. However, until they have a professional epiphany and figure out how to run their business instead of lifting and tricking out their company vehicles, Joe and Brian are more than worth the time investment and money. Speaking of money, you get what you pay for. Not the cheapest (but pretty darn close), but definitely the best and worth the money.

Cannot convey the amount of stress and time Joe and his crew have saved me.

DO NOT use this company to replace your roof. They quoted one price, then after roof removed, price went up by additional $1,800. They claimed every piece of plywood need to be replaced, and supposedly had video to show us as evidence (we do not live in the house). Well, no surprise that when we asked for the video, it was unavailable. Unscrupulous, bait and switch tactics....lesson learned the hard way - please learn from our mistake!
