Jenn H.As the property owner, I was uninformed that work would commence today. The workers blatantly lied that they had in fact contacted me. They did not contact me. I said do not touch my assets.Touching assets without my consent including, but not limited to, a Range Rover, placed consigned assets and my property and my business at risks. I am a black woman with a number of businesses and commercial real estate properties in Florida. I would never do business with a company so corrupt and unprofessional. I have filed complaints with the State of Florida, BBB, Palm Beach County, and I will of course seek legal damages in Court. BEWARE!!! Any retaliation against me as a black business owner will warrant further and increased escalating legal and/or criminal claims! BEWARE!
Ryan K.Excellent from start to finish. Had several commercial roofs repaired and maintained. They went above and beyond what was on the original scope. They did a latex coating on another building and couldn't be happier. Look forward to their upcoming work on a residential unit.
Steve D.Hired them to paint an older commercial bldg for resale. The job had four components the 4th requiring some minor woodwork. All four components upon inspection after they were ""finished"" had to be redone. Apparently the sub they hired for the woodwork did not know how to use a level or a tape measure. That sub refused to return to fix the errors. The iron gates were supposed to be sanded, primed and painted and when the were finished there were areas with no paint at all. The job is 3 months old and the gates are already rusting through so I don't know if the were even primed.We paid over $16,000 and it was not a pleasant experience. I have been a property mgr for 50yrs and I know shoddy work when I see it. Would not recommend! Steve D
