I own a townhouse and share a roof with my neighbor who had their roof replaced by Tag. After the work was done there were nails left everywhere. I drove over a nail in my driveway that caused a flat tire, my father then walked to my front door and got a nail through his shoe that broke the skin. I then found yet another nail when leaving my house to go for a walk with my young daughter. I called and spoke to the assistant who then said she would pass my message along to the owner. After about a week and two more calls to follow up, I finally heard from a guy named Tony, and let me tell you he did not care one bit. He told me his guys pick up the nails and I could have gotten the nail somewhere else. I explained to him it was a roofing nail and there were not just 1 but 3 I found on my property. He took NO responsibility was very unapologetic and basically said too bad. Not my problem. I explained it was money out of my pocket due to his team's poor clean up as I had to get a new tire and a tetanus shot for the nail through the shoe. I also explained my young daughter could have been the one to find or step on the nail and he had no sympathy or concern. All he said is he would have someone come inspect my property for anymore nails. Well, here I am a week later and 2 more called into the company, and NO ONE has returned my call or come to check for their stray nails. Do NOT work with this company. They don't care about you what so ever and just want their check. Unfortunately, I'm not surprised.

I have had to call dozens of times to get a roofer out there to remedy leaks. After many calls and months waiting a few folks came by for a couple hours did stuff... but no one spoke any English and could converse. After a few calls to the office to try to find what they did I still can't find to this day what that did. Also I still have drywall that is compromised that ""they"" let water in to destroy my ceiling and still won't come out after over 6 months of begging them to come out to fix!!! I'm so frustrated!!! I hope no one has to end up with crap that I am going with. Be aware when hiring this company. They do not follow up on their warranty and guarantee. If I were to sell my house today I would have to hire another company and spend thousands to fix the problems I have right now due to what they have caused.
