Prior to moving into my home I needed a roof replacement. Every employee that I spoke with at Tadlock (Gary, Morgan, Jeff, and even the installers) were wonderful! Excellent customer service and dependable. Had my roof up in 2 1/2 days while multiple neighbors still had theirs being worked on four days later. I would have given them five stars if their price was lower.

I had a big leak in my roof and knew it needed to be completely replaced. I detest having to deal with this sort of situation because I am not good at it. So I searched and searched, got recommendations from family and neighbors, read many reviews, etc. I decided to go with Tadlock Roofing because their adviser, Kevin, made it painless from the very beginning. I felt reassured and comfortable by his detailed explanations, including having samples of their materials to show me. The day of the scheduled work, everyone showed up on time, did a very thorough job, cleaned up very well. After all was done, a field supervisory, Hector, came to my door and explained all that was done, took me on a ""walk-through"" of everything, and gave me his contact info in case I had any questions or concerns. In the end, I am very happy with both the service and the high quality products that Tadlock used on my new roof. I love my new roof!

Our normal roofing company wasn't available for days. We reached out to West of Tadlock roofing and not only did he come out right away, gave us a reasonable quote and they fixed it the same day. I would definitely recommend Tadlock Roofing for commercial or residential. Thanks for the great job.

The job took a little longer than expected; however, the workers worked hard and well and cleaned up perfectly. I didn't find one nail or piece of garbage anywhere. The large garbage bin was removed the next day and was done neatly and carefully. The roof looks great and we are satisfied with the job.

The roofers did a great job in getting the roof done in a timely manner. They cleaned up fairly well but I did find a few nails on the ground that they missed with their magnet. The only downside is that they need to improve their communications. It was not clear who would show up to deliver materials and when they would show up.

The salesperson (Jackson) was fantastic, professional and on time. The actual work commenced late because the production manager didn't order the materials properly. We had several issues with the quality of workmanship including exposed nails, high nails, one piece of the wrong color drip edge, nail blow through, and shingles with improper exposure. They corrected the issues I brought to their attention, but I have concerns that the rest of the roof system was also poorly installed since I only inspected a small area. West, the general manager, came out to my property to inspect the work. I appreciate the gesture; but the shingles were sealed town tight at that point so only four out of thousands were looked at. Overall I feel like this is a good company that had a bad day on our roof. I suspect that the quality will improve for other homeowners due to the trouble I have been, but that doesn't help me at all.
