Overheard a Tadlock Roofing guy loudly making fun of an overweight man. I'm overweight, too. Is that how he'd think of me? Is that how he'd talk about me behind my back while working on my house? Told the friend I was visiting to scratch the company's name off of her list of possible repair people for her rental units, since she's heavy too.

Just no. Their crew left my gutters full of debris, clogged my downspouts. When the new roof was done and the next big storm rolled through the roof leaked and caused damage. They refused to fix the drywall and the other wood. It also took them forever to come out and fix a part of it and they refused the rest. Avoid at all costs. Their roofing crew doesn't speak English much and Danny is a prick. Worst company ever in history.

The house is beautiful. There are areas my house mate said should have been painted or something on the sides and corners under the roof like the ledges. He was put to jail last month, so, didn't put much thought to it. We also have a bucket of roof nails we can't sell back,some shingles, and s full biker of some other product that Lowe's not home depot claim to be theirs. Would you be able to but them back!? Be able to paint those spots you appear to have missed?? I got pictures. Overall, the roof looks beautiful, makes house look even better.

They were the 8th of the 8 Roofing Companies that gave me a quote. They were the highest estimate but well worth the money. They were the only company to explain the superior benefits of Owen Corning ""Duration Shingle"" and explained in great detail the entire roofing process.

The crew is to be commended, they worked like a well-oiled sewing machine and not only repaired the rotted sheathing around my chimney but ""totally rebuild my chimney from scratch. There is a reason why they have been rated in the 100 roofing companies in America three years in a row. I can't give say enough accolades. Ya'll come by and see my beautiful roof.

If your wanting a Roofing company to call you back or to communicate with you then "" DON'T CALL OR USE TADLOCK Roofing "" it was so bad that I had to drive into their office.
Once i was there I had to help explain, that they did not pull the Roofing Permit the correct way with the City of Pensacola. Now I have the bill, that does not have an email address on it. I tried calling Licia , to explain that I don`t think the bill is correct, but no response from the company, just an answering service

I recently had roof damage from Hurricane Sally. I called Tadlock for an estimate and they sent someone out today. Steve was very professional and explained everything... even sent me a video of the roof damage. Great experience so far!

I left a similar review somewhere else which you also stated you spoke with me, that's absolutely not true. Your company has not called me once, even after I called to voice my complaints about the service and shingles. I was told someone would call me back, no one did EVER. I left the review, you stated you called and discussed things with me which is a figment of your imagination. I get why you answer bad reviews stating you spoke with them about the issue, you want to appear you're concerned but in fact you're proving how untrustworthy your company really is. I stand by what I said your employees left trash and cigarettes on my yard, the shingles are no where near the color of my roof(and they never spoke to me other than to say they were there), and your lack of communication is unprofessional.
