Signed a contract on Dec 27th for a new metal roof valued at roughly 44k. Mike ballard the sales man stated it would take 6 weeks from signing the contract to production completion. They lied stating they pulled permits and never pulled a permit till March 6th. They never communicated when it would start. Now 3 months later I have half a rough done and the crew got up and left on a Thursday leaving the house a mess and it's now Tuesday and nobody has shown back up. They left metal and a dumpster in the middle of the driveway for 6 days so I could not get into my 3 car garage. Company showed up on Monday stating they had the wrong metal and would be back in a couple days. Nobody accepts responsibility for the poor communication or poor service. I was told, keep being patient. No compensation offered, no set date of completion offered, only false promises and ""we will try"" phrases.

As of today Wednesday March 29th, I have personally spoke with the owner of the company and he is resolving the issues.

We did our research and thought Tadlock roofing would do a good job, we also upgraded the roof shingles and we paid 3,000 extra for a new chimney siding to be redone to follow manufacturer warranty guidelines, but we are very disappointed. Essentially this roof install voided my Owens Coring warranty and exposed water on my back patio ceilings and it collapsed and they exposed water to my attic floor which will eventually collapse. They refuse to fix these.

On April 6th and 7th of 2022, Tadlock Roofing installed our roof during seasonal rain and showers in Gainesville. Tadlock roofers failed to cover exposed decking, exposed chimney rafters, insulation, felt paper, framing/lumber and back patio ceiling. Tadlock did not follow Owen's Coring manufacturer guidelines when installing a roof during inclement weather, and per Owens Coring, this voids our warranty and they refuse to fix.

Two months after they installed my roof, my back patio ceiling fell and we noticed they allowed rain to fall on the attic flooring and Tadlock Roofing will not fix any damages.

We hired them to do our roof back in early March after several months of giving us the runaround on when they would do the roof they finally told us in late August they can no longer do the job

This company came highly recommended, so paid the higher price than other roofing contractors to only be let down. The new roof was put on with the wrong color drip edge, then correct materials brought and they were unable to bend the sheet metal to make the drip edge. At this point the old roof is off and afternoon showers everyday in FL! I received a phone call stating this could take approx. 1-2 weeks to complete because they are unable to have the metal bent for the drip edge, at no point does a manager contact me, just the superintendent who has no control over this, until the discussion of legal action, then I received a phone call from a manager. After a couple of days they were back to complete the job and the roof was completed. Once completed the crew left the job site a mess, large pieces of metal all over the lawn, shingle scraps piled in the front yard and rusty nails throughout the lawn and driveway, ladders thrown in the front yard. I understand materials being left behind and equipment, it would only take a couple minutes to stack in a pile and not be throw all over. I was sold by the salesman that said we don't use subcontractors everyone is employed by Tadlock, we have been around for so long, well..... then everyone is a direct reflection of your company and this experience was poor ! I would never use this company again, or refer them to anyone.

Do not recommend. Their workers are not skilled laborers. Patched my roof rather than replacing roof, damaged surrounding shingles and caused more leaks in my roof. Violated my HOA with patchwork completions. Just a friendly heads up to fellow J-ville residents!

I had an incredibly complicated roof repair due to poor initial construction that was exacerbated by an essentially flat roof. After multiple attempts at quotes Tadlock was the only company willing to take on this tough project and they did it for a completely reasonable price. Not only that but they have been incredibly receptive to a few areas that needed a second look (did I mention my roof was a mess). I would strongly recommend these guys for any roof repairs and will definitely go back if I need work in the future.

Great Company! Very very helpful in the process. We received as many samples of shingles and drip edge needed to make our decision. The entire team had great insight and guidance through the process! The install crew was fast and took added time to clean up. I would highly recommend Tadlock to anyone!

Great experience! Jessica was great to work with, communication was A++. Must give a thumbs up to the crew that came out to do my roof in the hot sun. YOU ARE AWESOME!! Efficient, polite and very thorough. They came through and made sure all of the materials were picked up, left my hard and driveway cleaner than when they arrived.

Dan was great. Came out shortly after the hurricane and did a estimate. He walked all over the roof to check everything and told us, other than the one spot that leaked, our roof should last us 10 years. I love hear that because I didn't want a new roof or to be lied to for more business. The job was done in about a week and we didn't even have to be home. And compared to other estimates, Tadlock was very reasonable.
