Sad to say but extremely disappointed with the complete lack of customer service and professionalism from Tadlock. Job took over 4 months to complete, my gutters were less than 2 years old and could not be reset. I will admit that Tadlock finally installed new gutters at their expense but it took weeks! Numerous false promises and all management completely throwing each other under the bus!
They were not the cheapest quote I had and would not use them again.

Our Roof was done two years ago by Tadlock. I noticed some bubbling and sent an email. They were at my house within 24 hours to inspect and are fixing the issue. Great service!

It all started with a leak on our ceiling back in December 2021, at that moment we knew we needed a roofing company.
After searching for one and reviewing all the comments and reviews we went with Tadlock as our very first option.
At the beginning we had a couple of fails scheduling a roof inspection and nobody showing up for it, and we didn't find out until we called ourselves. According to the person over the phone, the sales rep had an emergency out of the country, yet nothing was notified. We rescheduled the appointment and once again and again nobody showed up...At that point we were already evaluating another company, until they finally assigned Robert Shays to our home case.
His level of commitment, communication, and his friendly service is what drove us to contract Tadlock, mostly since the quote for roof replacement was higher than budgeted; But we were so pleased with his engagement and willingness to help us that we couldn't even think of going somewhere else.
He followed through with every single step, and put us in contact with the particular individuals that were handling other aspects of the process -like financing- and made sure they also took excellent care of us.
Let me also add that since we had a leak, he himself installed a tarp to cover the opening until we could get work on the roof done, and actually came a couple of times to adjust since weather was not in our favor! Something that, to us, meant a lot!

The installation was weather-delayed, yet as soon as the weather cleared it started on time and followed its agenda as planned and as it was informed.
The workers on site were a little sloppy and messy, but that's something that Robert was also able to assist us with.

That being said, I'm happy we never went somewhere else!
Our roof looks amazing, and we're so pleased with the job that we won't hesitate to recommend!!

Tadlock Roofing did an excellent job with my roof from start to finish! They took a long time to explain everything they intended to do as a part of this job and made sure I understood it all thoroughly. They were very professional and made sure any concerns I had were addressed. They were on time, did a great job, and a thorough clean up after it was completed.

Not sure what's going on here...But I returned a call to Michelle for my husband who was driving, and the Receptionist would not put me through to her. I had my husband call and the same Receptionist put him right through. I guess she only responds to men.

They first off took a month longer than was estimated from the original install date. Then once the project got started showed up with a sub contracted dumpster company which first smashed my mail box then dropped the box and damaged my paved driveway. The. After going back and forth with the so called project manager damaged my gutters bc they failed to protect them or use gutter guards on my gutters. They also failed to install the 2 solar vents which I bought from them and tried charging me for. Then the owner or manager beats me up over pricing to get my gutters fixed to replace about 100 feet of gutters they only wanted to take off 300$ worth of damage tell me who installs gutters for that price lol. Then I go up in the attic to find out all my roof vents at the peaks were never cut out when specifically was told they would do so to help with circulation so then they had to come back remove the peaks cut all plywood vents out and reinstall top vents. Now they finally sent me the correct bill about 2 weeks ago but now only about 3 months after the job was completeled they issue a lien got to be kidding me haha terrible business

We had the roof damaged by hail. ""Tadlock Roofing"" put a new roof on our house in LPGA area, Daytona Beach, FL. I want to give them our best appreciation and highest review possible. I strongly recommend them to any one needs a good, clean, serious, and solid roof job done. They worked with our insurance smoothly and quickly and the insurance agent was very pleased. Tadlock agent came to us and present us all options, including the one we pay nothing except the deductible to insurance. We have chosen to improve a little the quality of shingles and also to add a good underlayment so we paid a little extra. The agent gave us all books and samples and explained by and large, took his time. They call every time before they come to your house. They would come to our house every time I need them for extra questions. They actually got a lot of contracts in my area of houses. After we finished paper work, we had a clear time schedule and a clear phone number, person and address to keep in touch or update anything. The workshop was extremely fast and clean. They brought that huge dumpster one day before, then they brought the team to take out old roof. Working quickly yet quality, seriously and hard. I am a handy man myself, I did a lot of repair and improvement for my homes, but at 62 I would go up there, 2 stories to change the whole roof. What I am saying is I know when the work is quality and good and serious and when is just a quick shallow thing. These guys were rock-and-roll. Not too much into talking, more working. Not too much vibrations and noise inside, they have excellent tools, actually pretty new and good stuff. Their manager extremely serious person. He kept coming I'd say every 2 hours during the whole duration of the work to check to discuss, he went on the roof , staid there a lot, took pictures, and come back, call, talk to me, write notes etc. He knew his team, he picked them very carefully. Then they brought the new shingles with a huge truck crane and loaded them on the roof with a state of the art, very modern remote control system. The new roof took 1 day and a half and we have a big one with a lot of wired surfaces. I could see very well how the team worked when they roofed the lanai (porch, balcony) whose roof i could see from above, from my 2nd floor. fast but correct, and again highly professional. careful, they sealed everything around the walls. Every time I had a question the manager of the team either answer the phone or came by and gave me full details. They finish, clean up everything to perfection, next day they took the dumpster. The roof stand 2-3 inspections from them, from the state, from the insurance and God knows where else from, and all were satisfied. I have a lot of samples, photos, diagrams, pans from them, very generous in details. Now I wait for the gutters team. The lady at the phone at the company very kind and nice and she knew all details to perfection. A real pleasure, satisfaction and relief to work with them.
All together, extremely satisfied from paper to cleaning. I strongly recommend the company and their team and managers. Thank you Tadlock!
