This husband-and-wife duo has expanded their services to include residents in areas such as Tallahassee, Pensacola, Jacksonville, Tampa, Sarasota, Orlando, and Gainesville. We aim to make a difference in the lives of our employees, the communities we serve, and the industry at large.

Dale Tadlock ensures safety in multiple ways. As the owner of Tadlock Roofing, he leads a family-owned business specializing in the re-roofing and repair of roofs for both residential and commercial projects for 40+ years. At home, he cares for three biological kids and four adopted kids. Safety, compassion, integrity, and trust are the cornerstones of his business and personal life. The company is growing in North and Central Florida with a focus on elevating industry standards through the hiring of qualified and experienced personnel, enhancing safety protocols, and delivering educational resources to our customers.
