Over the years, this husband and wife team grown their business to provide services to Tallahassee, Pensacola, Jacksonville, Tampa, Sarasota, Orlando, and Gainesville. Our goal is to enhance our employees' lives, the neighborhoods we serve, and the roofing industry overall.

Dale Tadlock provides shelter in various ways. In his role as owner of Tadlock Roofing, he manages a family-operated company dedicated to re-roofing, repairs, and maintenance for both residential and commercial projects for 40+ years. At home, he cares for three kids by birth and four by adoption. Compassion, integrity, trust, and safety are the cornerstones of his business and personal life. The company is growing across North and Central Florida with a commitment to raising industry standards through the hiring of qualified and experienced personnel, improving safety practices, and providing educational materials for clients.
