Over the years, this husband and wife team increased their reach to serve communities in Tallahassee, Pensacola, Jacksonville, Tampa, Sarasota, Orlando, and Gainesville. We aim to make a difference in our employees' lives, the communities we support, and the industry at large.

Dale Tadlock provides shelter in various ways. As the owner of Tadlock Roofing, he manages a family-operated company that has focused on the re-roofing and repair of roofs for both residential and commercial projects for 40+ years. He also nurtures three biological children and four adopted children. Safety, compassion, integrity, and trust are essential to both his business and personal values. Tadlock Roofing is expanding throughout North and Central Florida with a commitment to raising industry standards through the hiring of qualified and experienced personnel, raising safety standards, and providing educational materials for clients.
