The man claiming to be the Pensacola District Manager, lied to me 3 times in a row, stating he would replace the rotten plywood next to our fireplace on our torn off roof. He turned and spoke quietly and quickly to a spanish worker, jumped swiftly into his truck, ad as he sped off that man was already on the roof gluing down that plywood and nailing tarpaper over it covering the rot and leaving it. The workers weren't allowed to speak to us, and were all spanish. I speak enough spanish to know they were not all, (if any), legal citizens. They even brought a woman and 3 small children to the worksite to play! I immediately aske them to leave, explaining that it was not safe, and they couldn't get away fast enough. I believe it was because they were not to speak to us FOR ANY REASON. We had ""Roofwrap"" on our house that was new and guaranteed for a year when they came to start working. While super dark clouds were coming quickly, I begged them DO NOT CUT THAT COVER, ITS ABOUT TO STORM! Yet they simply said they install roof in the rain. They just stop and tarp over the re as t till it stops. Needless to say, they caused even more damage inside our main house by causing the roof to leak in 4 new places, that were protected before they cut this protection away! AGAINST ALL MY PROTESTS NOT TO DO IT!!! This man claimed we never answered the emails they sent to pay them. But the ONLY emails we got were sales pitches, they claimed to have lost our email address. They charged us for facia they never replaced, and plywood that they never replaced, and this man actually got arrogant with me as I was leaving, while he waited at the front door for his check! I informed him that I have proof and video along with pictures and phone recordings of his lousy work and his reply was in the most evil self superior sounding manner, ""Proove it"", over and over. He had the most smug, arrogant, ignorant way of talking to me. I simply left on my errand. I DON'T WASTE MY TIME TALKING TO LIARS. I know it it a waste of my time. You cannot reason with a liar. We should've sued. Possibly still can, hasn't been very long since it happened. I DO have proof,and all the pictures and videos are in the cloud, just waiting to be shared. The owner and founder have a very deceptive photo of their family posted. But they do not have any way of contacting them. I believe they are not even real.

There was ZERO trace of any waste on our property after it was completed. Our sales consultant, Mr. Russell Brown, was outstanding. He went above and beyond the call of duty to be available to us throughout the process. He was always available to answer our questions so that we were comfortable with our decision. Overheard a Tadlock Roofing guy loudly making fun of an overweight man. I'm overweight, too. Is that how he'd think of me? Is that how he'd talk about me behind my back while working on my house? Told the friend I was visiting to scratch the company's name off of her list of possible repair people for her rental units, since she's heavy too.

Just no. Their crew left my gutters full of debris, clogged my downspouts. When the new roof was done and the next big storm rolled through the roof leaked and caused damage. They refused to fix the drywall and the other wood. It also took them forever to come out and fix a part of it and they refused the rest. Avoid at all costs. Their roofing crew doesn't speak English much and Danny is a prick. Worst company ever in history.

The house is beautiful. There are areas my house mate said should have been painted or something on the sides and corners under the roof like the ledges. He was put to jail last month, so, didn't put much thought to it. We also have a bucket of roof nails we can't sell back,some shingles, and s full biker of some other product that Lowe's not home depot claim to be theirs. Would you be able to but them back!? Be able to paint those spots you appear to have missed?? I got pictures. Overall, the roof looks beautiful, makes house look even better.
