After initially coming out to review my roof and tell me what is needed to fix it, no one has ever been back to fix it. I've spoken to Andre Pamploma and Ken, a few times with promises to follow-up and yet my roof is still leaking. I suspect they are only good when the money is big dollar. If they don't want a small job, they shouldn't make promises to take care of the problem.

They just replaced our 55 year old tile roof insurance company would not let me keep it without charging a fortune!!! They were a team of coordinated and interested pros that did the job in a couple of days and replaced it with some really stylish shingles...The house looks 20 years younger!!! Guidance from the beginning was from Adam and he involved one of his foreman, Ken, who was outstanding. I am sure other roofers are good but my unpaid recommendation is for Tactical Roofing to do your job.

They get 6 stars from us as they were in communication with us throughout the entire process. Great reviews led me to them and hope others follow my lead. And yes, the pricing was right and they delivered in abundance - service and professionalism!

I can't recommend Tactical Roofing highly enough. They installed a new metal roof, roof venting, and hurricane clips on a home we had just purchased. They did it on schedule and on budget and it looks and works great. I did a lot of research on this decision. After checking Better Business Bureau ratings and reading lots of online reviews I got bids from five roofers, including two big outfits that do lots of work in this area. But
going with this smaller local company turned out to be a no-brainer. Unlike the others who sent estimators (salespeople), it was the owner, Adam Boudreaux, who came out personally. His bid was highly competitive and he was patient and helpful in answering questions as I made sure that I was comparing apples to apples between his bid and the others. Once the job began (exactly when promised!), Adam remained involved and responsive in coordination with Ken his project manager. Ken was incredibly knowledgeable and was happy to meet with me several times to review the work in progress over the two-week installation. Adam and Ken are both genuinely nice people who take obvious pride in their work. The crew they used was professional and cleaned things up neater than when they started. This was my third time getting a new roof -- for different houses in different states -- and it was by far the best experience. You will not go wrong trusting your roof to Adam and Ken!
