This review is late. About 8 years ago, T & U Roofing removed a 25 year old gabled 1 story house and garage and replaced it with the same, several underlayment layers and a 30 year shingle top. Everything was done in two days. Cleanup was immaculate. Their price beat most competitors, some who had outrageous prices. I've had zero leaks in 8 years. All of these 1 star reviews bothered me considering how professional they treated me. I was managing 29 homes at the time and previously was a contractor for apartments and single family homes. They did not charge for the estimate on this or another home I had to reroof. Maybe I'm just lucky, but they did a great job on a simple roof. I have no idea what they would do on an architecturally difficult roof with spires, angles, etc. so I gave them only 4 stars.

The end product looks good but wont be able to validate until it rains. If you live in Orange County I would not recommend them. We got them through SAMS CLUB (Fullerton) contractor and they are a northern LA company. Took deposit immediately and was advised work would begin and be completed in 3 weeks. Actual completion time closer 2 months. They ordered wrong tile - that took several weeks to have removed and reordered. Delays on work due to other jobs they were working on. They told us it took 2 hours to drive to our house. (our problem?) They had to come back twice to fix issues, and then it took two weeks for them to pick up the left over tile/palates which they left sitting on our driveway. This was after numerous calls to them - They also did not walk around to inspect area for nails when they took old roof off. They were good about texting/calling us to appraise us of situation, but I just think that 2 hours away from the job was not effective for them or for us.

We recently had new roof installed and are VERY satisfied with T&U Roofing Company. I couldn't help but write them a review here. They are courteous (even to our neighbors), quick to respond, tidy, honest and professional. Their price is also very reasonable. We highly recommend them.

I'm not surprised at all about the other 1-Star reviews, this company is unreliable, unprofessional and dare I say, a scam. They advertise a free estimate but then come out, don't do the estimate and instead offer a $350 roof inspection. When they found out I already had a roof inspection they ghosted me. I'm not even sure they actually do roof work. They operate in Los Angeles as LA Roofing Company, they rebranded so they can create a new Yelp profile with reviews from friends and family. Caveat emptor.

Note that most all 5 star ratings on Facebook are family member posts. I am currently in dispute over several items with them and will re-post as to resolution. All though they have now refused to continue work. They are a mow and go type concern. They do it one way and are more interested in fast for their own benefit then quality. Their associate Nadav (Tony) Marciano is a high pressure major problem and does not communicate well with customers nor his workers. He will make mistakes and expect you to accept or pay for them. He will always look for opportunity to add more cost to the job. He has problems with knowledgeable customers and I am sure would prefer to work with the unknowing (little old ladies). He will threaten Lien to get his way. He will be unyielding and is more interested in getting his money than having the job done right even to contract. He will only give you cover sheet of contract and fail to supply complete information. Yes they know their business as regards to covering their own but you are just another roof. Their license is currently pending disciplinary action per Contractors State License Board (CSLB). I could go on and on. AVOID AND SAVE THE HEARTACHE EVEN IF IT MEANS PAYING THE OTHER GUY A BIT MORE.

T&U Roofing run a very professional and efficient company. Everyone from the owner(George) the supervisor(Luis) all the workers and the office manger(Brenda) handled every aspect of the job in superior fashion. The experience was exceptional from pricing to product quality and workmanship. A high recommendation is in order for T&U Roofing.

This is one of the least professional companies I've ever had the DISpleasure of employing. This past weekend a skylight on our roof literally was blown off its mounting by the wind. T&U had installed the roof a few years ago, so I called them to correct the problem. They promised to send a man THAT DAY to fix the problem. Nobody showed up. So I called the next morning, at which point I was promised that someone would show up at 4 p.m. No-show. No call, either. When I called this morning their scheduler seemed surprised that nobody had shown up.... I finally gave up and called a handyman I know, who showed up one hour later and reinstalled the skylight. It turned out that it had never been screwed in properly back when T&U re-roofed the house. They are not to be trusted.

Jesus and crew did a great job on my new roof. They worked fast and cleaned up as they tore the old roof off. The new roof was installed after repairing the necessary wood supports. The new roof looks great and I have solar attic fans too. I highly recommend T & U Roofing and Jesus. After the house is painted, I'll be going back to Jesus for rain gutters.

Amazing service, exceptional value, honest hard working team. After years of dealing with roofers that inflate the prices and do a terrible job - I finally found a roofer who does a great job and stands by it!! I waited for a few rainy days to be sure that the roof is fixed and all I can say is thank you! Highly recommended - on site pictures of the repair as the job was progressing through, to demonstrate his standard.

I wish I was trilingual so I can tell you how horrible this place in other languages. First of all they supposedly repaired the entire roof of my condominium complex for a whopping $45,000.00. however, there were several leaks all over the building afterwards. When I contacted them to make repairs and patch up the work I basically had to threaten to sue them to get a response. They completed this work in 2007 and it is now 2014 and guess what happened when it rained two weeks ago....? Yep the ceiling dang near collapsed in the common areas from all the soaking rain coming into the walls not to mention the paint peeled off the walls.

It literally looks like a dog on hazmat situation! Straight up construction zone and that is not okay for place where you live and are supposed to have solitude.

Our management company called them all last week several times and every time an answering machine picked up and no one picked up or even called us back. It's cool though because we are filing a claim with the state licensure board.

Will go as far as we can and hopefully will complain so bad that the next time they fix the roof it'll be the roof of the doghouse!! Don't trust the good review, probably their employees.
