I contacted T-Roy about some issues I was having on a roof he installed. I did not have any expectations on responsibilities due to hurricane but wanted some advice. He told me he was too busy to and help myself. Wow! Guess he's not interested in repeat business or references. What a disappointment.

Troys roofing did a beautiful job on replacing my roof. The work was done quickly and professionally. They cleaned up every old shingle and nail from my yard. The cost was well within my budget. I'm very pleased with my new roof. However...........troy knew we wanted a Fortification inspection and on his contract he is listed as a qualified roofer. This inspection gives the home owner a significant discount on home insurance. He neglected to tell us about it and now we have to hire another contractor to install a barrier in my attic that could have been done before. He was very uncooperative in getting the proper paper work and referring us to someone who could help us. By all means, I recommend Troy for roofing...but beware his after repair attitude. Be sure you ask about the fortification and understand it completely.

We called for a roof repair. A roof this company installed years ago. We called to have them come to look at the leak and fix it. They never showed up and the never called to reschedule. This is very unprofessional! I lost a days work and now I will be missing another day because they never showed up. This roof is under warranty. They may be professional when there is an installation but you will not get the same service after the roof is installed.
