had a new metal roof installed by T-Roy's. He was supposed to install some skylights for me. Usual deal, cleaned the roof deck of shingles, repaired the roof deck and started to install the metal roof. During the process, I asked at least three times when he would install the skylights. Later was the answer. The entire metal roof was installed and now he wants to cut skylight holes in my brand new, $15,000 roof!!!! Who does that???? The skylights should have been installed as the roof went on, not later. But what do I know?? I will never put skylights in this roof now because they will have to be retro fitted and will leak at sometime in the future. His own installer did not want to install the skylights this way!!!
