Watched him almost cause a MAJOR ACCIDENT. He tried exiting the highway at 90mph to a service road to avoid traffic... almost hit a VETERANS jeep with CHILDREN IN IT because he didn't wanna slow down. Talked to them at stop sign. Looks like they've got a history of reckless driving according to viral youtube videos and posts. Wouldn't be surprised if they killed someone soon. Don't bother knocking on my door next time a storm rolls thru.

Threatened and demanded payment of O&P on work that wasn't done.
Would never use them again and cannot recommend any higher than the lowest score. It's not a good business practice to make a customer feel like he is doing being fleeced.

Is it possible to have a neg Star rating.

I feel compelled to warn my fellow neighbors in FloMo / HV annd surrounding areas about our current awful experience with the Flower Mound T-Rock office. Be warned and aware!

After the massive hail storm this past June, I didn't hesitate to pick up the phone and call T-Rock. This was the second time in 8 years we have contracted with them. Based on our last experience I was very pleased and felt comfortable working with them again. Most disappointing and painful experience I have ever had dealing with a contractor.

To start, I was very clear with my ""so called"" Project Manager of my simple expectation's before they started the work. 1. cover all plants, pool equipment, HVAC units. 2. Have a responsible person on site. Well they attempted to comply with my request to cover everything, however, as they had a subcontractor without supervision on site doing the work they managed to destroy 20 (New plants installed this spring) which they replaced in the middle of the biggest heat wave ever, threw roofing shingles onto the tarp covering the pool (you can imagine how that went. Still cleaning roofing material and nails out of my pool). What they told me would take two days took them four days. I attribute this to not seeing the T-Rock PM at my house since I agreed to contract with them. Get that order and move on to someone else. I guess he felt it was okay to have the homeowner do all the coordinating. Since they neglected to manage the project the roofing sub managed to slam an old gutter right on top of my new HVAC units denting the frame. But don't worry they paid to have new ones put on. Of course I had to do all the coordinating with the HVAC company. As another reviewer mentioned I had to walk around my neighbors yards and pick up trash, drink lids and cigarette butts left by T-Rock Sub's.

Now for the really good stuff. As usually happens on an insurance claim, we had to submit a supplemental request back to the insurance company. Again the ""so called"" PM took it upon himself to request Overhead and Profit $ from the insurance company for work that they had already agreed to execute in the amount of the original insurance estimate. It makes me wonder if this a normal practice and no wonder all of our insurance rates are going thru the roof. Thankfully my insurance company rejected his OH&P request, however, the PM expected me to go fight with the insurance company for them. This approach also explain's why he refused to send me a copy of the supplement (after requesting it for 3 weeks) before it was submitted to my insurance company. The old contractor trick!

As if all the issues above and having the YELL at the PM for three weeks the new gutters finally got installed. Well almost. The missed a section around the pergola in the back yard (after I pointed it out to the PM on two separate occasion). It took them another three weeks to return and finish the gutters. Three weeks after the roof was installed finally the gutter sub showed up. As we enter our house from the back patio we had to sweep and vacuum our floors 3/4 times a day to get the grit that would have normally been caught by the gutters. Oh by the way, we finally had a little rain in this this week and my gutter joints leak. Should be fun to get that fixed!

Needless to say I'm very disappointed. As a local company, that does support our local schools and other efforts, I think it's important for the community to support them with business. Unfortunately, based on the horrible experience I certainly can't bring myself to support or even recommend them. What is really sad is that right after the hail storm, I highly recommended to 5 of my neighbors to use T-Rock. I certainly have egg on my face now. As bad as my experience has been I will be hiring an independent roof inspector to come out and ensure the work was done correctly.

So I have given just a little taste of our unpleasant experience with T-Rock and the PM. It is now 9/12, 3 months after the hail storm and they still have not completed the scope of work I contracted with them. In addition, they failed the inspection from the city of HV (in July) and have yet to return and make the corrections. Maybe HV should spot issuing permits until they finish what is open! Needless to say what work I could avoid using them on I have contracted to a different company.

It's a shame and I hope the leadership of T-Rock reads this and they take action to correct there issues so no one else has to have a disastrous experience like we have.

These workers put their trash, cooler, and a large knife in my yard while working across the street. We had to mow, and nobody was available to speak to so I put it in the street.
This is so unprofessional and disgusting. And confusing.
It's windy, and their trash and materials are all over our street.
So many neighbors have had roofs replaced recently, but I've never seen such a mess.

I had T Rock redo my roof after hailstorm in 2017. Since I am new to TX and had no prior experience dealing with hail damage, I needed someone to help through the process and T-Rock came through. My coworker recommended T Rock and I am glad I had T-Rock repair my roof. They were in and out in two days and they cleaned up really well upon completion. I hope I will never have to go through this experience again but if I do, I am calling T-Rock. Thank you!
