I'm in the process of selling my home, and one of the repairs was to fix 2 broken tiles on the roof. I have already called someone else and i just wasn't getting a good feeling about them. So i went on the net and let my finger do the looking. I read the reviews about T Perry & Sons and I was impressed by all of there comments. I called and I spoke with Craig. I told him my situation and he said no problem, if I could send him the pictures of the tiles and he would be here day after next by 8:30
And he was! Craig was awesome and he sure knew his stuff. I told him he had no idea what a relief it was to me that he came and got it all done in a matter of an hour. I cannot recommend this company any higher than 5 stars but if it was up to me I would give the 10!
Thank you Craig for your time and great work. If anyone asked me if I know of a roofer your name is at the top of my list!

Really expensive. These guys showed up without even confirming the price or an appointment. Then guilted me into a snap decision for an overpriced roof repair. The work was adequate, but scheduling was very unprofessional and they were over priced. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a roofing ""tune-up"" package through Amazon.com Local and Craig came out with his father to survey my roof on June 20th. Craig took the time to go over what he was going to do step-by-step with me. When I explained that another roofing company had charged me $600 to fix a leak around my furnace flue back in 2011 and the area was still leaking, Craig explained why he thought the leak was still occurring and offered to make the fix! Really impressed with the great customer service. Would use T. Perry & Sons again in a heartbeat!!

We needed some tiles repaired and someone to check the seals around the vents and fireplace. Craig from Perry and sons roofing came out and did everything in a timely manner. Craig communicated his expected arrival time and let us know how everything wad with our roof. He completed the job quickly and thoroughly. Overall the next time we need roofing completed we will be calling Perry and sons and if I know anyone that needs work complete I would recommend them as well.

When many of the shingles from our home were blown off by the Santa Ana wind, I contacted T Perry and Sons Roofing to check our roof. A few days later, Craig, his dad and uncle came and checked the roof and found out that it was really really old and needed to replace with the new shingles. I got a proposal for the roof replacement on the same day and the price was reasonable.

I'm very pleased with the job they had done. They had lots of experiences about roofing in the past and they did everything fast, on time, precise and tidy. Craig also suggested the shingle color that matches our home's color. All of my family members feel very pleased and satisfy whenever we see our new roof. After their job is done, they even make my place spotlessly clean. I feel that I was so lucky to choose this company and I highly recommend to whom wants to reroof, repair and maintain their roofs. The quality and service is beyond my expectation.

After we moved into our new house, my husband noticed tile damage on our roof when looking out the 2nd floor windows. It looked like our home inspector didn't catch this. One of the tiles was pretty bad from what we could see, so I searched for a local roofer so they could do a thorough inspection.

One of the other companies we called, wouldn't come over for a free consultation for some reason and was always hard to get a hold of. (left voice messages and they wouldn't call back). So the other company we were considering was T. Perry and Sons. On their website, you can see that they are a family-owned and run business originally from England. I think it's always nice to hire a local family business rather a larger company with subcontractors.

Anyway, my husband spoke with Craig (the grandson) and he came over on the day we moved in to check out the roof. He provided a repair proposal to us and we were quite pleased with the price since we were expecting it would be more. So they arrive 2 days later on Monday morning around 10AM and were finish around 2PM.

T. Perry and Sons is a great family team and also gave us some great advice and tips. They are also responsible and courteous when it came with the clean up. They left our house in better shape than when they first arrived (even hosed off our front porch for us.) We will definitely use them again for all our future roof maintenance and repairs.

While out of town on a business trip my wife called to tell me our roof was leaking. I contacted T Perry and Son's Roofing and they responded within a couple of hours during a rainstorm and fixed the leak. I highly recommend them, they are reliable, professional and saved our home from further water damage at the end of what I am sure was a very busy day for them.
