Thank you to Mike . We received a letter from our Homeowners insurance that they were cancelling our policy because of the condition of our roof. Mike was very helpful came out very promptly, wrote a letter,provided me with information and referred me to another business who cleans roofs. He said our roof did not need any work at this time.
There was no business in it for him or his company but he was extremely helpful and professional and went above and beyond what he needed to do.
When it does come time to replace our roof or have work done T&G Roofing will be the first people I call !

This review has to do with an issue within my circuit breaker box that was installed by T&G 4.5 years ago when I had a new roof and solar installed. The lights in my house started flickering during the recent heatwave SoCal is having and I heard crackling and smelled burning plastic coming from my meter. I called Edision and they sent out a serviceman. Come to find out one of the four sockets within the breaker box that holds the meter in place was missing a manufacturer installed nut causing that loose socket while under heavy load to vibrate and spark. Due to the ruined socket and for the safety of everyone involved Edison didn't want to install the new meter until the repair was done. I messaged a picture of the socket to Lynnae and within 2 hours the part was replaced and power restored. The T&G electrician should have noticed the missing nut when he originally installed the upgraded breaker box but obviously did not. My point though is T&G accepted responsibility, acted fast by removing the necessary part from one of their uninstalled breaker boxes and pulled an electrician off a job to do the repair and get my power restored. Thank you T&G!

I used T&G to repair a large hole in my roof caused by my neighbor's tree falling on it in addition T and G replaced the roof on my house and connecting garage and patio. It was great to have one contractor capable of doing both the construction work and replacing the roof. I did not have to hire 2 contractors which could have resulted in ""finger pointing"" if there were problems. Mike came out and explained what they would do. The whole crew was very professional and cleaned up at the end of each day. I had lots of questions as they were doing the work and they always took the time to answer all my questions. They had a lot of patience. I ran into trouble with coverage from my homeowner's insurance. I asked Mike for help, and he wrote a fully page letter explaining why the insurance should cover the new roof. The insurance company basically ignored his letter. I then filed a complaint with the California Department of Insurance and I sent them Mike's letter. My insurance company did not admit to anything, but they sent me an additional check which covered most of the work. I am extremely happy with the quality of work (it looks beautiful) and the service they provided.

I just had my roof replaced by T&G, my experience from start to finish was amazing, within 10 days as i was told, the roof was replaced and solar panel back on without any issues. Mike, Miguel, Tom and Lynnae were professional and very polite. The crew that came out from start to finish were also very respectful and cleaned up after everyday before leaving. The cost of the roof was very competitive compare to the other 3 bids I got. I would highly recommend this company for any roof or solar repair if you're looking for excellent service, fast and professional at a very fair price. T&G, thank you again for an awesome job.

I received a letter from my homeowners insurance company stating they were going to cancel my policy because they claimed my roof had algae, mold and moss. I knew this was untrue. I called T and G and Mike came out. He was patient and professional. He flew a drone and took pictures of my roof. It clearly showed there was NO algae, mold or moss. His report was sent to my homeowners insurance company and they dropped the pending cancellation.

I can't say enough how much I appreciate T and G and specifically Mike. His customer service and commitment were superior. They are also very reasonably priced. I recommend them 1000%.

I have used T&G before with very good results. This is why I called them to do another job. With this rainy season, I knew they would be busy, but they came through for me in a big way.
The price surprised me though, but with Bidenomics, prices climb higher and faster.
Job was well done and the employees worked quickly.

Our situation is very Unique. We got a new roof 2.5 years ago with solar done by ANOTHER company but unfortunately, the roof wasn't done properly, and we ended up with 8 leaks that caused significant damage to our home. Our original roofer refused to fix the roof the last time. I contacted Mike desperately needing a solution and he was very responsive to the call. He came to check out the roof TWICE, diagnosed the problem and came up with the solution. He was even willing to write up a letter indicating what went wrong. He spoke to our roofer and solar company directly. His letter and expertise were so greatly appreciated as our original roofer was inclined to come and fix our roof just as Mike had suggested. SO IF I ever get another roof, I will definitely use Mike and his team.

Buying a new roof isn't really what anyone wants to spend money on. Very few people drive up and notice the new roof, but they notice new paint, or solar, or front doors.

When you need a new roof, you just have to do it to protect the inside of your home, and it is nothing to make shortcuts on. It needs to be done right, by people you can trust. They weren't the cheapest, but the value was there and I wouldn't refer anyone else.

I have nothing more to say than T&G Roofing is the best! Yes, my new roof is beautiful, and I am asking my friends, ""did you notice my new roof?"" This is because I want to refer more people to T&G. Absolutely no problems or nothing to complain about

The grounds were cleaned every evening... cleaner than when they started. The workmanship, especially with the new lumber that was needed was topnotch.

And their timing was perfect. They stood by their word, ant that is priceless to me.
