I contracted T&E Roofing on April 26, 2023, to repair a leak in my roof. They completed the job in May. However, just one week later, I noticed the leak had not been fixed. I called them several times before they finally sent someone to inspect the issue again. Despite my concerns and clear evidence, they insisted the leak was already repaired.

I had to wait for the next rainfall to go into the attic and take pictures showing the leak was still present. It took almost a month of persistent calling before they came back in July to check the leak again. They claimed it was fixed, but the problem resurfaced in June 2024.

I called them again, and they sent another worker to fix it. After the next rain, I found the leak was still there and took more pictures and videos. When another worker came to evaluate the situation, he said he would send the team back. When the workers arrived, they called the manager and explained that the wood was damaged and needed replacement. This repair was supposedly included in the original contract, but it had clearly never been done. Now, one year later, the damage was worse.

The manager contacted the owner, who then told me I would have to cover the costs of labor and materials for the repairs. At this point, I was too frustrated and ended up hiring another company to finally fix the leaks properly.

Based on my experience, I do not recommend T&E Roofing. Their service was unprofessional, and they failed to honor their contract. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reliable company.
