Called this dude millions of times and won't answer. One day the lady at the company told me to leave my number and the guy will call me back. It's been two months and he hasn't called. Such a horrible service.

Make sure you got a signed commitment from Dung, because after the initial agreement, after the work started, he asked me for another $500 because he found out there was another old layer on the roof (not fair, he inspected it before giving the bid). The Mexican crew pounded on the roof carelessly, cracking my inside walls, and installed flashing incorrectly. During clean up they blew dirt and trash into my pool, costing me money and labor to clean the pool. Several nails and old roofing material were still found the ground around the house, I had to do the cleaning myself.

He originally agreed to replace roof for my other house, as part of the package discount. But after roofing the first one, he would not do the second one, and just gave me another contractor name.

Check sent to his business was ""lost"". It costed me more money to stop payment to the check,
and then do a wire transfer. He then charge me another $200 fee for payment to other contractor.

These guys are awesome! I just had all new gutters installed, they did an excellent job. It only took about 2 1/2 hours, they made the gutters on sight as needed. Their prices are super fair and affordable compared to our famous Big Box store we are all so familiar with.

Great roofing company. Did a good job on our roof! We got the Boral 600 -clay/concrete roof type. Our roof looks amazing!
The only thing is that their staff didn't do a good clean up job around our house. There were nails left on our driveway! Some i almost stepped on. So now time will tell if the new roof holds up, since we're not having any rain fall.

Find a different roofer and stay away from this place. Our roof was replaced within a few days and I was impressed, but the lack of customer service on TD Roofing is troublesome. We have been trying to get a hold of Dung for the past week and he refuses to answer our calls - everything goes straight to voicemail after a few rings which suggests he is purposefully declining our calls.

I have been calling to schedule for another project, but based on the previous reviews, it looks like he is not answering due to fear of a possible fail in our current new roof. Now I am skeptical of how this roof will hold up and only time will tell when the rain comes back.

TD roofing replaced our roof at Sept 011, after a neighbor recommended David to us. TD's price is at least 10% or more less than others we have quotes from. The quote was for the Presidential TL (tri layer), no gutter work. The work was efficient, city inspection without any hitches, and cleaned up after all the work. So far, no leaks and no issues. Because of the thicker tri layer material, the roof looks great, does not look like a cheap composite roof, and lots of colors to choose from.
After TD did our roof, 3 other neighbors on the same street also requested its service. And we have not heard complains from them. We have been recommending TD Roofing to our friends since.

Very competitive pricing and on time work completion

Negatives:
Poor customer service, especially after payment has been received (would not return phone calls, would not come to fix minor gutter leak).
Asked for slightly more for parts after contract had been signed & accepted.

David and his crew came out and gave me a very good estimate that was significantly less than two other estimates that I was given. We got the Presidential shingles. Their company pulled the permit from the city and dealt with scheduling the inspection so there was no hassle for me. They also installed a sun tunnel, which is great and now brings in a ton of natural light into our formerly dark family room. They also installed new gutters. They were also incredibly fast with a very large crew.

I don't want to ding them and take away a star, but I did have a minor problem with the crew leaving some discarded food wrappers on my lawn and refusing to clean it up... A minor thing to deal with, especially given the thousands of dollars that I was saving, but still...

I would definitely recommend them to someone wanting a good quality roof at a very low price.

Not only overcharged us for ""repairing"" our gutters which still leak afterwards. Calls and messages went unanswered. Do not use them!

TD roofing, the owner of the company has very bad communication skills
And they torn down the roof in the bad weather, they just want to get the money fast without professionally putting the consideration into caring about the client, before it's completely dry they want to put the shingles on. We tried to call them when it starts to rain; David had a very bad attitude. Their attitude makes clients think that they owe them money.
We are NOT going to recommend them to any of our friends.
