Don't bother. Their website talks all about how gas fireplaces need yearly inspection and cleaning. When you call to make an appointment they don't actually work on gas fireplaces and only clean wood burning fireplaces. The girl that answered the phone couldn't answer simple questions and seemed annoyed to even be asked or to be answering the phone. Reporting to BBB for false advertising as well

I needed to have my chimney, firebox, and gas logs inspected for any issues as well as being cleaned. JAY was terrific! He was on time, professional, congenial, and extremely knowledgeable. Jay gave me a lot of great advice on how to manage my fireplace, gas logs, and recommended a plug-in CO2 detector near the fireplace because of a previous CO2 emission issue. Jay also inspected the chimney and chimney cap from the outside.

Excellent service! The individual who came to clean my chimney was very personable, and did an excellent job! In fact, he went beyond, by cleaning out, not only the chimney, but the fire pit itself! I was so pleased, as the year before we were swindled by the so-called company that will clean your chimney for $100! Sweeps and Ladders provides an excellent service, and I will continue to use them!

What can I say about Sweep N Ladders...honest, professional, personable! I had two different companies come out to check my chimneys; one said '...the flashing is horrible, if you let me make this $2,500 repair today, I'll give you 10% off'. Naw, let me get a second opinion. Next company '...the flashing looks good, but let me tell you about the brick and mortar...they're horrible. Let me make this $3,500 fix today and I'll give you 10% off'. Then I call Sweeps N Ladders. They send Adam W. to perform an inspection. Adam shows up on time and is very professional. He gets on the roof, checks both chimneys and shows me pictures where both have no issues. While Sweeps N Ladders didn't get the work this time, they have made a customer for life! Adam in definitely and asset to your company!

Needed my chimney cleaned so I did some checking around and decided Sweeps N Ladders would be a good place to start. Office gal was pleasant and fixed me up with an appointment a week out. Thomas showed up on time, swept the chimney, and then got up on the roof to inspect it. Everything looked good. He took some pictures to show me how things are aging on my 44 year old chimney and mentioned what his company can do to resolve issues that will inevitably come up in the future. Based on my experience with Thomas I will be calling Sweeps N Ladders first for any chimney maintenance and repair.

Just bought a home and had these guys come out to sweep the chimney and clean the dryer vent. They were on time, worked quickly and so cleanly and were very thorough in explaining everything to us. Plus, we needed a chimney cap and they discussed options, quotes and offered services for other vents on the roof that are needed as well. So friendly! I would definitely recommend this company.

Paul is the best! Do not need to call anyone else to service your chimney and fireplace. We recently purchased a home and did not know how to use the gas fireplace. Paul was professional and courteous. He inspected, cleaned and showed us how to safely operate. Now we can enjoy a beautiful fireplace. He also provided a sweep service to the exterior fireplace. Clean, reliable, and clear communicator. Great service at a fair price!
