Absolutely dreadful to deal with..office is extremely rude..job was left unfinished after I was told it would take a week..4 months later it still wasn't finished..Reese and Dillon are jokes as well as the office staff..avoid like the plague

Poor quality, never completed job, used four vendors up to this point - still not complete. Took balance of money on second day after signed contract, job still not finished four months later. All things stated on web page such as self-accountability and integrity - not so much. Owner will not answer phone or emails. I have worked with a number of contractors in my life building multiple homes - as well as another restoration in another property in 2023 and have NEVER experienced this lack of service for follow up.

I would compliment the folks who answer the phone - I do believe they do their best.

Amazing company great communication!! They are everything and more as a company. If you have water damage or damage in general call swat restoration.

Unfortunately, I found black mold in my office. I went on my local city Facebook page and everyone recommended SWAT Reconstruction. I gave them a call, and everyone was really nice. I was able to text photos of the mold and they came out the next day and gave me a quote of $3,000 to treat and remove all moldy areas. They said they would be finished with everything within the week. They removed my entire ceiling. The guys that came out were awful. Once finished removing the ceiling, they came in with the solution to treat the mold. I have animals inside so I asked if it was toxic to them. The guy named ""happy"" told me he had no idea because he's only been there for a month. He told me to call his boss to ask. They never gave me any instructions for what to expect. I had to be the one to call and ask when things were going to get done. Finally, a guy named Alex called and set up a time to come and measure everything to give me a quote to replace the ceiling. He never showed up. I called the office and spoke to Rylee. She acted like I was wasting her time. Nobody ever knew what was going on or which job they were talking about. Finally, they send me a quote (without coming to measure) and it was pretty high. They sent me the itemized quote which told me their profits on the job which I thought was pretty unprofessional, but I just wanted the job done so I didn't say anything. I called and spoke to them about some of the charges and spoke with Rylee again. I explained to her that they were charging me $252 to remove my ceiling fan and putting it back. I told her that I would just do that because $252 is quite high. I also told her I would provide the plastic to put down because they were going to charge me $52 for that. Just little things to help reduce the bill. This was when Rylee became nasty with me on the phone and threatened to stop working with me. She said this job is too small for them to complete so it had to be a certain amount for a contractor to complete the job. I asked her why she accepted the job with me in the first place if she knew the job was too small. She didn't like that. She questioned everything I asked her and she just became more and more rude. I ended up asking to speak to her boss. I spoke with a man named Reese. Reese let me know that the reason Alex didn't show up to measure is because he's no longer with the company. It would've been nice to know that because I waited for a few days and he never returned my calls. Makes sense now. After negotiating, they finally send me a reasonable quote. They said they still couldn't find a company to do it for the quoted price so they were going to have one of their guys do it. The contract I signed said it would take two days, maybe three and all of the work would be done after 5:45pm. We are now in week three and it's not done. Not only did they send me a reasonable quote, they sent me the link to their internal communication system and I was able to read the notes they left about me and the job. Do not do work with this company. Most of these 5 star comments on here are from the employees at the company giving them great ratings. Rylee is extremely unprofessional. Reese is a joke. I'm attaching a screenshot of some of the comments that I was able to read. Take a look at what Rylee said. Please, don't give this company a chance.
