We have used Swan Roofing for more than 20 years & have never been disappointed. From repairs to replacing the roof, they have always done an outstanding job. Don Perez is our go-to guy at Swan. If we've had a hail storm, we'll call Don; & he personally inspects the roof for any damage. For work that Swan doesn't handle, we have used Don's recommendations; & they have been very good. The workers from Swan arrive promptly, are polite & professional, always clean up the work area before leaving & stay until the job is completed.

I made an appointment with Swan a day before Thanksgiving on the first schedule slot of the day. The job was to install a bathroom fixture on our tub. Easy job maybe an hour tops. We needed hot water for our guests coming. The next day I am working around the house cooking and they have not shown up yet. Then a truck pulls up in front of our house. Its Swan plumbing but he is just sitting in the truck so I walk out to greet the man and he opens the door and says he is waiting on his supervisor. Ok...so i thought when his supervisor shows up they will start the job. When I scheduled the job i told Swan rep that I will be home all day which I was. Next Im thinking what is the hold up? I go look outside and the truck is gone with Swan. Concerned I called Swan back. The woman that answered told me that they tried to text and call me four times to confirm I was home. I told the woman angrily that I do not sit by my phone waiting for appointments to show because I am very busy and that i spoke to their plumber already in front of my home. Never did business with these people ever before. We own a commercial property plus various residential properties. Because Swan abandoned us in a crucial situation needed I will never recommend this company to anyone as their lack of concern for their customers says enough about their integrity. We had the fixture waiting to be installed and all they need to do was charge labor and head home for the holiday. Swan blew us off after engaging with their plumber. I could have called another company if they were not able to make it , but they skipped out on us at the last minute. POOR SERVICE!

I had Swan Roofing repair a portion of my roof that was sagging. Jason from Swan was very professional and available for any question and provided prompt updates. The work was great and my roof was fixed better than I imagined. I would 100% recommend Swan for your roofing needs.

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Swan Roofing and Paul Hammett. We requested several roofing companies to provide an inspection and estimate for the roof replacement. Most of them took additional calls to have someone come out. That was not the case with Swan. Paul returned my call the same day and was over the next day for the inspection. He answered all of our questions and provided advice on how to extend the life of our roof by installing additional soffit vents. While they were not the lowest bid of 5 companies and our insurance company was not paying for any of the replacement, we thought Swan Roofing/Paul Hammett provided us the most comprehensive approach and guidance. It was estimated to take 1 1/2 day for the roof, but they were basically done in 1 day with minor follow up the next day. They had a very large crew up on the roof at 7:00 am and worked until dark. We had to coordinate for the gutters to be removed and then the painters before the roofers could start. All of that took place through coordination between Paul and Lisa in the office. We were kept informed every step of the way regarding who would be on our property, when and what would take place that day by Lisa. Inspections following the roof were timely and the last part of the project was the gutter replacement. That too was through Swan Roofing and it was completed as expected within 1 day and they did an excellent job. If you want to work with a company that is thorough and cares if the customer is satisfied, use Swan and Paul Hammett.

#1 Roofing Company in my opinion! They were 100% honest and made getting a new roof, screens and skylights a simple, GOOD experience after we suffered hail damage a couple of years ago. Jimmy Kiss was the representative that oversaw our project and I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. He went above and beyond in every way, and was always friendly, respectful and honest. He made every step of the way EASY for me. If we ever need a new roof again, we will definitely choose Swan Roofing.

BTW, I interviewed another roofing company that State Farm also recommended, but the difference between Jimmy Kiss and that other company's rep was night and day. I could tell dealing with the other company would have caused headaches, so I chose Swan Roofing, and couldn't be happier.

Swan has installed 2 roofs for us...one in 2019 and one in 2016. Hail in North Texas is brutal. Superior, honest service and a great roof both times! Love supporting a local brick and mortar company as well! Thanks Swan Roofing.

This company put a roof on our new home in 2007. The roof failed within a few years. A concrete tile roof is supposed to last longer than most. We called them to check problems with the roof but after checking it they did not get back to us with a proposal. We had a roof inspector look at the roof and give a report on the findings. Swan claimed that we did not maintain the roof as was necessary, but they never gave us a maintenance schedule. We hired an engineering company that told us that it was not the homeowners job to lift tile to remove debris. When another company took the tile off they found many areas of rot in the decking and some incorrect sealing of vents, inadequate flashing, rusted nails and not enough nails to hold the tile in place, and other problems. No amount of debris removal would have prevented the damage to the roof. We were told that the roof was not applied according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Swan settled with us.

I called Swan Roofing, explained my (admittedly small) job and a polite receptionist said someone would reach out to me.

I got a call from Orlando and we made an appointment for the following day. He calls me just before he's supposed to be there, and reschedules for Saturday morning. No problem. I explained that the issue is in my office--a small building behind my home. ""I can just go back there then and take a look,"" Orlando said.

""Please don't do that,"" I answered. ""The job is a more complicated since bugs have gotten into the insulation and it needs to be replaced. I'd like to discuss the different options with you.""

Half an hour after Orlando was due to show up, my husband looked out the window and noticed someone wandering around in our backyard. The man had a clipboard which gave him a vague sense of authority, so we assumed it was Orlando. I ran to grab the keys to my office, but when I got outside he was gone. He left a brochure from Swan Roofing behind, otherwise I wouldn't have even known it was him.

Had Swan put on a new roof after hail totaled our previous one. Excellent service, professional, did a fantastic job. Recommended the best mason ever to rebuild our chimney and re-point the joints in our brick.

Very satisfied, will definitely go with Swan in the future. Highly recommend.
