Salinas Roofing is unprofessional, makes appointments for weeks on end and no one shows up, then does not return calls for weeks and weeks. So far, I am still waiting. Not sure how they can run a business this way.

I had a very expensive copper roof (more than $100,000) installed on my house with a warranty. The roof is peeling off of the house only 3 years later...Lisa and Jeff will not even come out to see the mess that they created and have walked away from their warranty. I have filed complaint with the State Contractors License Board.

The person answering the phones, Lisa, was rude & unproffesional. She refused to return numerous calls, lied & said she called me back, lied & said she sent 2 seperate roofers out. None of this happened, she has never returned any of my calls, & hung up the phone on me while I was trying to resolve this problem. All I want is someone to come to my house & tell me why debris & dust keeps falling down in the same places in my house over & over again. The roof is only 5 months old.
