We had our roof replaced on 8/15 & 16, 2022. After the installation it seemed to rain every day for two weeks, & have had no problems. Kyle, Blake, & Frank were very helpful in the process, explaining everything that would be done.
During the actual work I was concerned about the mess the were creating. However, after they were finished, I was very impressed. They did a fantastic clean up job.
I would highly recommend them.

The whole team was great to work with!! They helped me the entire way, letting me know that the work could be covered by insurance. They assisted with the adjuster and the paperwork. Once that process was done, the installation was quick and exceptional. Very happy with the work!

This review is for service I received in 2015, but seeing all the negative reviews, I wanted to add my 2 cents. I had a very positive experience with the company. They solicited my business shortly after a hail storm which was known to have caused roof damage in my neighborhood. After inspection with my insurance carrier which did find damage, they handle everything to file the insurance claim and replace the architectural grade shingles on my 18 year old residence. As far as clean up, i found less than 10 roofing nails hiding in my mulched plantings after they left.

This has been an entire week (so far) of inconvenience for what has taken 1-2 days for all of our neighbors that used this same company. Our biggest issue is the MESS left behind. The trash trailer was left in our driveway overnight and we had to call.for someone to pick it up. On that call, we also requested they pick up all of the cigarette butts and bottles left behind. The person we spoke to also noted that they would sweep a big magnet over the area to get any additional nails. Well. The trailer was picked up and that was it. We took care of the nasty trash and picked up probably 6 dozen nails. We went through again today and picked up another 5 dozen in just a quick 15 minute check. We have also called to ask that someone pick up the 5 large sheets of plywood they used to cover the windows. Unfortunately, no manager can be reached today so I guess we will be going on week 2 if nobody responds today. I HOPE that the lack of attention to detail, follow-through, thoroughness, and thoughtfulness are only clean-up related and that this same lack of care was not applied to roof replacement. There is no way to know right now, so we will keep our fingers crossed

If there was a ""no"" star rating, it definitely would be my choice. Within weeks we had a leak that had never been there before....It was of course, not their fault. They said it was a chimney leak...We tried that...still a leak...we were told that one of their service people would be out in the ""morning"" whom never showed up. It would take too much effort to take them to court, so just hoping to warn others. What a mess! We had to just get another company to repair their shoddy workmanship...of which we have notes on (if anyone is interested...let me know). Boy, they are ON TOP OF IT...when they know they can get paid by your homeowners...but then - GONE!!!

There are many reasons for bad reviews. Buyer beware; I read the reviews but hired them anyway. Dumb me. Trust me do your homework and believe these reviews.

Superior Windows and Roofing installed a new roof for us in September 2015, but only four years later, we now have a roof leak in our master bedroom. I immediately called Frank Crump, the owner of Superior Windows and Roofing, to come back and fix the problem. He did not offer to come take a look at it, or bring his crew out to repair the leak; instead, he advised us to contact an independent handyman of his choosing. Frank says it would be cheaper and quicker for us to do it than if we had Superior do the work, which he says would be more expensive. Either way, Frank expects us to pay for the repair. The handyman, referred by Frank, has not yet returned our call. Meanwhile, the rain keeps coming and the damage grows.
Frank does not back up his labor and product, nor does he attempt to send someone out to rectify the issue. He is quick to push the responsibility on the customer instead of taking ownership of his product.
We are very disappointed in Frank's business integrity.
If Frank would have at least come out to inspect and provide a solution, it would have built our trust in him. Trust is essential; without it, there is no relationship worth preserving. We are getting another roofing company to help us, one that responds to our request for help.

These guys are scammers. A salesman showed up at my house one day, and offered me a free roof inspection. When he was finished, he claimed that we had severe storm and hail damage, and can claim the cost of replacement on our insurance. After my insurance sent an adjuster, the claim was denied for no storm damage. The Superior Rep. then talked me into making a second claim with a different date of when the storm damage occurred, and would be present for the next adjuster. Superior never showed up again, second claim was denied and now I have two dings on my insurance. DO NOT TRUST THESE ScAMMERS!

Last year they did a roof for me and I'm very disappointed with their work. Roof they installed is so wavy, no one contacted me to tell me is from plywood otherwise I would have changed. All I can say is don't give them your insurance company information. Stay away will be better opinion for you, I wish I did.
